After more than 20 years of exploration and development,the depth and breadth of China's futures market has been continuously expanded.At present,the futures options listed in China have covered the agricultural,financial,chemical,energy,metal and other national economic fields,and also make futures an industry which can have a significant impact on the development of our country's economy.By the end of 2016,there were 149 Futures Company in our country.However,the business models of each Futures Company were basically the same.With the increasingly fierce competition in the futures industry,the profit space of each Futures Company was more and more compressed.Under the background of innovation of futures market,capital market mixing and liberalization of financial market,Futures Company is facing severe challenges.China's futures market has entered a new era of innovation,finance and lean development.China's futures market is facing a new period of brokerage business transformation and the opportunity period for the development of innovative business.Only by grasping the trend of industry development and developing opportunities in the new period,exploring and deepening the futures innovation business with complementary and promoting functions and constantly improving the emerging problems of the Futures Company in the process of development,can the Futures Company's comprehensive competitiveness be promoted and it can be obtained in the fierce competition of the futures market.A space for one person? Therefore,the study of competitiveness of MY Futures Company has certain theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,through the comprehensive use of interview,observation,analytic hierarchy process and other methods,to comb the basic concepts and related academic theory as the starting point,read a large number of representative research results.First of all,the domestic and foreign research status of futures competitiveness and the domestic and foreign futures market display form are summarized.Secondly,This paper describes the industry environment,shareholder resources,organizational structure and main business status of MY Futures Company and points out the difficulties faced by MY Futures Company in the competition,and then uses the analytic hierarchy process to construct the competitiveness rating system of MY Futures Company,and points out that the existence of the management concept of MY is lagging behind and guaranteed.It is based on this strategy to enhance the competitiveness of MY Futures Company in order to improve the competitiveness of MY Futures Company in the futures market.
