Authentic leadership is a new type of positive leadership,it has aroused great interest of researchers once put forward. Authentic leaders have positive traits, including high moral cultivation, positive,equity, self-confidence, optimism and so on,They have abundant reserves of knowledge, a clear understanding for their own and the subordinate's work environment, values, beliefs.They forms a transparent, equal and healthy relationship with subordinates through positive personal traits and the internalization of moral values;They consider the development of subordinates, pay attention to their training, and promote the improvement of themselves. In recent years, the research on how to strengthen the staff's Job involvement has become a hot topic in the academic field,but there is little research on the relationship between leadership style and job involvement.This study mainly focus on the relationship between authentic leadership and job involvement, and explores the mediating role of psychological empowerment between authentic leadership and job involvement.Compared with other types of leadership focus on the leader's ability, The authentic leadership pays more attention to the moral cultivation of the leaders.In China cultural background,The demand of the leader is always have both ability and moral cultivation, the leader's moral cultivation even more important than the ability.From the above we can know that the authentic leadership has abundant connotation in the Chinese cultural background.It is necessary to conduct further study.Enterprise employees' are the subject of this research.This article discusses there relationship among Enterprise employees'authentic leadership,psychological empowerment and job involvement.By compiling online questionnaires, using the method of random in all over the China 397 Enterprise employees'were surveyed, measuring tools including revise Authentic Leadership Questionnaire by Xie Hengxiao (2008), Utrecht Work Engagement Scale, Psychological Empowerment Scale.in this research,the software of SPSS21.0 is adopted to processing and analysis the data.Using descriptive statistics,independent samples T test, single factor Analysis of variance, correlation analysis and building the structure model to analyze the data,the research following results were obtained:(1)The authentic leadership,psycho logical empowerment and job involvement of the Enterprise employees have different degrees of difference on Demographic variables; (2)Correlation analysis showed that the authentic leadership,psychological empowerment and job involvement of the Enterprise employees have strong correlation.Among them,There is a positive correlation between the authentic leadership and job involvement and a positive correlation between the psychological empowerment And job involvement. (3)The psychological empowerment of the Enterprise employees played a partial redundant intermediary role between authentic leadership and job involvement. Research conclusions:Firstly, in the recruitment process,Recruiter should avoid the gender, education and other discrimination phenomenon.Secondly, the level of job involvement of enterprise employees is closely related to the Superior leadership and their own psychological empowerment.Thirdly,Enterprises should be targeted to their management training, and promote their authentic leadership, improve the level of employee psychological empowerment, and ultimatelv improve the staffs job involvement.
