Research On The Relationship Between The Knowledge Ecosystem And Innovation Performance Of Crowd Innovation Space

After the concept of "Crowd Innovation Space" was proposed by premier li keqiang at the two sessions of the state council in 2015,he pointed out that the promotion of "Mass entrepreneurship and innovation" is to make more people be rich,and realize the value of life,and improving the overall innovation capacity of our country.A wave of entrepreneurship and innovation movement got under the way across the nation.Mass innovation space began to spring up.Under the new normal of constantly adjusting and optimizing the economic structure and developing the dynamic energy,the public's eyes are attracted to the entrepreneurial innovation activities.The crowd innovation space is the product of the specialization of incubation institutions,the chain of services,the system of venture capital and the marketization of entrepreneurial service institutions.For the creation of spatial knowledge ecosystem,only by creating a good entrepreneurial system for entrepreneurial groups and facilitating the sharing of knowledge among entrepreneurial groups can we promote the progress of the real economy and promote the optimization and adjustment of China's industrial structure.Innovation performance in the mass innovation space is the focus of entrepreneurial groups.As on how to improve the innovation performance of the mass innovation space as a drive to enhance the economic growth has become an important issue faced by innovation groups and various enterprises.Based on the study of the relationship of the mass innovation performance and the knowledge system of mass innovation space,Firstly,the article selects the knowledge ecosystem theory,the innovation performance theory and the social identity theory as the theoretical basis of the research.At the same time,it introduces the location characteristics,spatial integration model,institutional system and cultural system of the mass innovation space entrepreneurial ecosystem,and summarizes the knowledge.And classify the intermediary function of knowledge sharingSecondly,Hefei 10 representatives were selected as the specific practical research object.Through the dimension division of the Space Knowledge ecosystem,innovation performance and knowledge sharing,the space knowledge ecosystem is an independent variable,divided into three dimensions,and the innovation performance is the cause variable,divided into two dimensions,the knowledge sharing is the intermediary variable and divided into two dimensions.Based on these,this paper construced the mechanism system analysis structure,and also,makes a macroscopic analysis of the operation mechanism of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.At last,this paper studies the performance evaluation system of the Hefei space Entrepreneurship ecosystem,and through the screening and calculation of the evaluation indexes,it constructs the research model of the relationship between the spatial knowledge ecosystem and the innovation performance,and then uses the Liken5 scale method to implement the questionnaire design,distribute the questionnaire and collect the data.Through the application of SPSS analysis,it proves a positive impact the spatial knowledge ecosystem has on innovation performance.Also,the knowledge ecosystem and knowledge sharing system are positively related,knowledge sharing system has a positive impaction the innovation performance system.And knowledge sharing plays an intermediary role in the 3 partiesBased on the results of knowledge ecosystem and innovation performance evaluation,this paper finds out the short board that exists in the development of Hefei in this field,and briefly puts forward some countermeasures for operators and with some following suggestions:(1)Strengthen the policy and financial support of external resources for the enterprises that have settled in,give play to the role of the angel fund,directly provide legal knowledge,and help enterprises accounting management and other resource allocation.(2)Continuously improve the sharing channels among all staff inside of the enterprise,and strengthen the knowledge exchange and sharing within all groups to create new ideas in order to improve innovation performance.(3)Encourage the establishment of informal groups such as practice team to promote informal knowledge exchange and sharing.The mass innovation space provides various support on funds,places and infrastructure to encourage its growth and development.By proposing hypotheses,establishing models,data analysis and putting forward countermeasures,we hope to help with the improvement of the innovation performance of the city,and provide theoretical basis and practical experience for the future discussion on the issues related to the space and it's development.
