With the continuous development of economy,performance evaluation has experienced a development process from simple to complex,from single to comprehensive,from static to dynamic and result oriented to the result process.Traditional performance evaluation method includes the 360 degree appraisal system,key performance index evaluation method,target management method,etc,these methods has been widely used in enterprises in our country,but there are still index selection inappropriate,excessive emphasis on financial indicators,the performance evaluation methods of the desired effect,the content of the performance evaluation and there is a gap with the company's strategic goals.With the increasingly fierce market competition,traditional performance evaluation methods can no longer meet the needs of enterprise performance evaluation.In this paper,a brief introduction to the basic situation of dairy industry in the dairy industry of China is introduced in this paper,which is very well known and effective in the same industry.The content includes the structure analysis,behavior analysis and development prospects of the industry.Then the existing performance evaluation method is used to analyze the performance of dairy enterprises.The existing performance evaluation methods are target management,key performance indicators and 360 degree evaluation system.Secondly,it emphasizes the necessity and feasibility of the Balanced Scorecard to evaluate the performance of dairy enterprises.From the company level,the innovation dimension,the strong information system support,the management support and promotion,and the full communication and communication within the enterprise are all apocalypse.From the whole dairy industry,it is realistic to overcome the obstacles in organization and management,overcome the obstacles of staff communication and consensus,and overcome the obstacles to the exchange of information on the supply chain,which will bring some good influence on the other enterprises in this industry.Finally,on the basis of the combination of theoretical research and practice,we hope to provide some ideas and methods for other enterprises in the dairy industry through the construction of the performance evaluation system of Yili's balanced scorecard.
