For a long time, state-owned enterprises employing mechanism and assessmentincentive fatigue, previous set up performance appraisal system execution effect is notobvious, so how to combine the actual situation of state-owned enterprises, designperformance appraisal system, is now an urgent problem in the state-owned enterprises.In this paper, combined with the actual XJ company, proposed to the balancedscorecard performance management method is applied to XJ company performance appraisal,the innovation of the four dimensions of balanced scorecard: from financial, customer,internal process, learning and growth four aspects to evaluate, improve into benefit indexes,external index, operation index, control index from four aspects. Solved the XJ companyused single evaluation index, analysis of the defects of simple. For XJ company to establishan effective, adapting to the managers can accurately grasp the overall performanceevaluation system. Will performance evaluation to all the staff, organization cash rewardsand punishment, evaluation results to make the performance evaluation of state-ownedenterprises and their strategic objectives, reform, development and scientific managementorganically.
