Study On The Measure Of Coordinated Development Of Regional Economy And Government Strategy

The coordinated development of the regional economy is an important strategic task of our country and an intrinsic requirement for building an overall well-to-do society and realizing the common prosperity of the entire people.The 19th Party Congress pointed out that strengthening measures to promote the development of the western region to form a new pattern,deepen reforms to speed up the rejuvenation of old industrial bases in northeastern China,give play to its advantages to promote the rise of the central region,innovation leads the first to achieve optimal development in the eastern region,and establish more effective regional coordinated development New mechanism.The measurement of the coordinated development of regional economies can clarify the current development status of the region,assess the successes and failures of past regional policies,and provide the basis for the government to formulate future regional development policies.The connotation of the coordinated development of regional economy is defined as the process of regional economic economic exchanges,the orderly flow of production factors,the scientific and rational distribution of income,the positive interaction of mutual relations,and the gradual narrowing of development gaps to achieve the sustainable development of regional economies.Its connotations include economic growth,economic structure,public services and development potential.On the basis of its connotation,an ISSP indicator system for the coordinated development of regional economy with 4 first-level indicators,13 secondary indicators and 46 third-level indicators was constructed,and weights were assigned using the principal component analysis method to carry out coordinated development of regional economy.measure.The relevant data of 2011-2016 was selected and ISSP index system was used to measure the degree of development in the eastern,central,western,and northeast regions of China,and the parameters and nonparametric correlation test methods were used to analyze the problems and causes of coordinated development in the four major regions.China,the west,and the northeast region are late-developing regions,and their existing development problems are slow economic growth,unreasonable economic structure,low level of public service,and low economic transformation rate of development potential.These problems are caused by depletion of economic growth,weak financial support,insufficient public service funding,and backwardness in the use of resources.To address the issue of development,we propose a government strategy to promote the coordinated development of the regional economy.The eastern region needs to establish multi-participation regional public governance mechanisms and formulate new industrial policies for the transformation of economic structures in order to achieve economic transformation and help the development of later-developed regions.In the central,western,and northeastern regions,problems in economic growth,economic structure,public services,and development potential need to adopt policies that foster new economic growth,provide more positive financial support,focus on fostering the development of public utilities,and establish efficient and environmentally friendly Resource development mechanism to narrow the development gap with the eastern region and achieve coordinated development among regions.
