Premier Li Keqiang of the State Council made it clear in his speech at the Summer Davos Forum in 2016,as one of the "five Happiness Industries",tourism play a great role in developing people's health,spiritual pleasure,knowledge increasing,and even life happiness.Tourism has been recognized,accepted by Chinese and gradually become an important part of people's modern life.With economic growth in China,the international status and influence of China's tourism has also been greatly increased.China's tourism market has attracted worldwide attention,and China's tourism diplomatic highlight has come out,China is becoming an important force influencing international tourism pattern.Tourism industry is not only a hospitality industry,but also a comprehensive industry covering the first,the second and the third industries,which is an important driving force to promote economic development of the whole country.The development of tourism industry is a comprehensive embodiment of the appearance of the city,the degree of civilization and the level of development.With the increasing wealth of material and cultural life,Chinese people's demands on the quality of life are also increasing.Under the background of supply-side structural reform,in order to meet the people's demand for a better life,improving the management of service quality of the six elements of traditional tourism is the basic guarantee of tourism development in the future."diet service" among the six traditional elements of tourism is the most important one,and it also directly affects the tourists' feeling and evaluation of the tourist reception service.In the age of mass tourism,which has become a popular demand for tourism,people are more and more interested in experiential travel for the purpose of leisure.Developing the tourism value of local food can effectively stimulate the tourism motivation of food lovers;at the same time,the promotion of tourism catering service quality also helps to improve the management of tourism reception service quality,and set up a good market image and reputation for the healthy development of local tourism.At present,the tourism industry of Heilongjiang province is in the key period of cultivating,transforming and upgrading process.The development of the Longjiang catering industry injects new vitality into tourism industry in Heilongjiang province,and provides a new direction.Longjiang cuisine,as a kind of cuisine which embodies the local flavor of Heilongjiang,is an important part of tourism catering in Heilongjiang province,which is naturally the important section of development at this time.Tourism food and beverage,whose main service object is tourists,fully analyzing and understanding the needs of tourists is very important,in order to better adjust the strategies to meet the needs of tourists,and to improve customer satisfaction.It is also an effective way for Longjiang cuisine to go out of Heilongjiang and set up a brand image.The article selects Longjiang cuisine as an example,which can best reflect the local flavors of Heilongjiang province and as an important part of tourism catering resources in the province,and analyzes the market demand of tourism catering in Heilongjiang province then puts forward some countermeasures.First of all,the article defines the concept,analyzes the formation of Longjiang cuisine and the current situation of tourism development,then analyzes the influence factors of perceived satisfaction of Longjiang food selected and designed by using the theory of customer perceived value,and takes tourists as the object of study,the article analyzes the focus-discrete trend about tourists' expectations and perception performance,and then it takes IPA quadrant analysis and sample T test on tourists' perception and expectation evaluation indexes to intuitively show visitors'expectation-perception difference.Finally,the article analyzes the correlation between tourists'sociological characteristics and perception performance.Through the analysis of questionnaire data obtained as a result,the accurate grasp of Longjiang food difference on perceived performance and expectations,and based on customer perceived get the value improvement countermeasures of Longjiang cuisine development,puts forward to improve tourist satisfaction,to expand the tourism consumption,and to provide a scientific basis for promoting the sustainable development of tourism industry in Heilongjiang province.
