In the age of the expansion of the concept'customer is god's satisfaction has become more focusing topic for every industry. Tourists' satisfaction, influencing the rise and fall of tourism which is one of the popular industries at present, has become one of the discussing topics. This thesis focuses on the research on the tourists' satisfaction of the Geoparks, which also belongs to tourism. The author chose Cuihua Mountain National Geopark as the investigative destinations.The author firstly looked back the predecessors' research on tourists' satisfaction to choose the model for the satisfaction research; then combining the actual research on the selected place, he preliminarily set up Evaluation Indicator System of Geopark's tourists' satisfaction, which is made of 9 big projects and 31 factors. In the process of Empirical Analysis, this thesis first examined the rationality of this survey through analysis of confidence; then illustrated the popularity and the reality of this survey through the descriptive analysis of the sample; in the last, compared the tourists' expectation and real perception through SPSS software's pairde-sample T—test and tested it with the use of the traditional expectation discrepancy model to analyze the contradict of the reality and theory. To deal with the contradiction, this thesis selected the reversed expectation discrepancy model again and took use of the scatterplot in SPSS to get the scatterplot of 31 factors in order to judge the attitude of every factor.In the last part, this thesis discussed the upgrade strategy of tourists' satisfaction. In this part, firstly, after making IPA towards satisfaction, they got an summary which is good for the managers to distinguish the Primary and secondary in the aspect of upgrading every factor's satisfaction; then, it pointed out that, due to the high expectations on the scenic spots from the tourists, the expectations and the actual perception got a negative value, therefore, it summarized that people should manager the expectations of tourists.After that, the reputation effect should be done on the good source of the breakdown and a correct understanding of tourists to improve the satisfaction. The above four aspects are all important ways and strategies to upgrade tourists' satisfaction.
