Development Question Research On Agricultural Leading Enterprise Of ZhuCheng City

In nowadays, for the agricultural industrialization leading enterprise development, the urgent need to establish a system of their own development strategies which can guide enterprises in the future operation and development. It amis to adapt more and more severe competition. To strengthen the agricultural industrialization leading enterprises in the theory and empirical research, in particular the development of enterprises are of great significance for Strategic Studies.This thesis has taken on more than 40 leading agricultural enterprises in Zhucheng city to conduct the statistical surveys and some key enterprises to explore the combination of in-depth survey of the economy, as much as possible the various aspects of the collection of information. On the basis of analysis on the development of leading enterprises in Zhucheng, the status parse that the problem we are facing in the further development, and combined with the industrialization of agriculture. What is more, the management theory and practice at home and abroad to carry out the specialized studies.In the first part of this article, the author introduced the theory of agricultural industrialization leading enterprises of the basic theories - the industrialization of agriculture, both at home and abroad at the same time introduction of leading enterprises of agricultural research; The second part is to expound the leading agricultural enterprises and related theory in Zhucheng city; the third part is about the development of leading enterprises which to carry out an analysis of the status. Also, the role and stutus of the leading agricultural enterprises in Zhucheng were compared; the fourth part is about the relevant aspects from the analysis of the current state of development in Zhucheng enterprises, and also the existence problem; the fifth part is to speed up the development of leading agricultural enterprises in Zhucheng and innovative ideas and the conclusions of this thesis.This paper aims to explore how to speed up the development of the leading agricultural enterprises in Zhucheng through the industrialization in the investigation, while combined with leading enterprises of the theoretical analysis of innovation, and at the same time as the relevant policy measures.
