In today's society,the competition in the automobile industry is very fierce.All the enterprises in the automobile industry,whether the host plant or the accessories factory,are fully aware of the importance of recruiting excellent talents.Only in this way can the automobile enterprises be invincible in the fierce competition.Then,the recruitment system has also become a major automobile enterprise.The key work of human resource management,especially the recruitment of a large number of front-line employees.The purpose of the recruitment is to attract more industry elite and to introduce fresh blood in the field of industry.The blue collar recruitment of front-line workers is the basis and core of the recruitment work,which is the main source of the new personnel.The effectiveness of recruitment directly affects the operation and development of enterprises,and is of great importance for the realization of strategic planning.The recruitment of imported talents is an important way for enterprises to store human resources talents,and the results of recruitment will directly affect the development plan of enterprises.In 2018,China's auto market has been ranked first in the world for 9 consecutive years,and is also the most competitive market in the world.Talent is the first resource,the first consensus of all industry enterprises,and the first driving force for Industry and enterprises to remain invincible in fierce competition.The vast majority of automobile industry enterprises are manufacturing enterprises,and the main body of enterprises is also the largest number of groups--front-line employees.Profits come from the front line,quality is created,and also comes from the first line.Therefore,the recruitment of front-line employees has become the key work of the human resource management of the major automobile enterprises,and the establishment of a mature and effective recruitment system for front-line employees is the most important part of the human resource management of the large enterprises.Taking Kos company as the research object,Kos company is a typical auto parts manufacturing enterprise.Its front line employees have 505 people,accounting for 80%.This article will focus on the recruitment practice of Kos front-line staff and the theory of human resource recruitment,and analyze the recruitment system of Kos frontline employees from four aspects.On the one hand,it introduces the background,product,enterprise culture and personnel composition of Kos company,and analyzes the current situation and problems of the recruitment process in Kos company by referring to the related theories of recruitment system.Second aspects have made a thorough excavation and analysis of the existing problems in the recruitment of human resources in the organization plan,according to human resources.Based on the theory of resource recruitment management,the reasons for the recruitment problems of Kos company are summarized.First,the defects of the enterprise human resource management planning.Two,there is a lack of planning for recruitment research.Three is the employment of the use of a single tool.The four is the lack of a complete system process in the recruitment process,which leads candidates to be unable to accurately understand the recruitment needs of enterprises.Five is the lack of professionalism of the recruiter,the interviewer represents the overall image of the whole enterprise,and even conveys the culture of the whole enterprise.Especially,the understanding ability of the front-line staff is quite different,so it is easy to cause the interviewer to cause the understanding deviation if it is not professional.In the third aspect,after analyzing the existing problems of the original recruitment system in Kos company,we put forward a new recruitment system to improve the shortcomings of the previous recruitment system so as to better enrich the design of the recruitment process system.Fourth aspects put forward safeguard measures,that is,in order to make the above process system better completed,there must be strong support support.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter expounds the background,significance and research methods of the topic;the second chapter expounds the theoretical basis of the research on the recruitment system of the front-line staff from many aspects;the third chapter introduces the general situation of the enterprise of Kos company,and puts forward the problems on the status quo of the recruitment system of the frontline employees in Kos company,and carries out specific problems.Analysis and research;the fourth chapter of Kos company staff recruitment system for the specific optimization design;the fifth chapter combined with the optimization design of staff recruitment system to formulate corresponding safeguard measures;the sixth chapter is the summary of the paper and the future prospects for the deficiency.This study makes full use of the Chinese knowledge network,periodicals,academic books and human resources management,and draws on other relevant research results,and has made a very full data preparation for this research topic.At the same time,based on the in-depth analysis of the relevant data of the real Kos company recruitment process,in addition to the existing theory,we also draw on the valuable successful experience of many other automobile industries and combine the practical problems in the recruitment process of Kos company to analyze the scientific and systematic analysis,and finally make the human resources really become the heavy enterprise.Competitiveness is the purpose and significance of this paper.
