Under the increasingly fierce market competition and the constantly changing external environment,enterprises must constantly adjust and modify their development strategy in order to survive in a complex and changeable environment.FS Company has developed from the state-owned meat joint factory to the present Japanese sole proprietorship enterprise and timely adjusted and revised development strategy at each key historical moment to become an influential food company today with its high economic and social values.However,with the global financial crisis in 2008,the main export market economy was depressed.The recent Brexit,Trump and so forth brought uncertainty about the external business environment.As a result,the profits of enterprises have been declining in the past two years and the contradiction between the internal management mode and the talent structure of the organization is becoming more and more obvious.In addition to the current era of the Internet,knowledge technology changes with each passing day with an unprecedented pace of development.It also brings great impact to the traditional industry.Through the comparison with GX Group,it is found that FS has gradually formed the gap in internal management cost control and marketing model.The progress of the times brings enterprises both challenges and opportunities.The new environment as well as the enterprise's own management problems are seriously restricting the future development of enterprises.In the face of the new task,only once again to make a scientific and reasonable plan for the development strategy of the enterprise can we ensure the power of continuous development of the enterprise.Through the use of relevant theories and methods of strategic management,this paper deeply analyzes the existing problems of enterprises by combining the communication of enterprise relations.Through the PEST analysis theory and the five kinds of competitive force model theory of Professor Porter to provide the basis,the external macro environment of the enterprise is analyzed and the characteristics of the industry background and the five kinds of competitive forces in the industry are expounded for the subsequent development strategy suitable for the characteristics of the industry and suitable for the enterprise.Then it found out the internal factors of the company's development strategy from the enterprise management system,product structure,employment mechanism and new customer expansion of internal constraints on the development of the main problems.On this basis,through the use of SOWT analysis,the opportunities and threats faced by the strengths and weaknesses of enterprises are systematically evaluated to further give the overall development strategy of the choice and the development strategy of the main functional level.Finally,according to the development strategy of Qingdao FS Food Co.,Ltd.,the corresponding strategy implementation safeguard measures are put forward.The main purpose of this paper is to hope to provide its own strength for the choice of development strategy of Qingdao FS Food Co.,Ltd in the new historical opportunity period and solve the problems of lag in management,imperfect organizational structure and unreasonable talent structure the enterprise is faced with.So that clear positioning,better and faster development and remolding of the past glory will be gained by the enterprise to continue to play a role in promoting local economic and social development.Meanwhile,to bring reference and reference for the development of other enterprises in the industry.
