The Research On Cost Management Of Materials Procurement For Construction Projects

According to the investigation,in the project management of relevant construction engineering enterprises in China and abroad,the formulation of the content of construction materials,equipment and other relevant provisions in the contract has become an important work,which has accounted for more than 50% of the contract cost.The material type and specification of the construction project are restricted by the market,industry and the relevant regulations of the country.It is necessary to carry out strict control on the quality,price,channel and other aspects.If the management is careless,it will have an impact on the overall construction result of the construction project,leading to the failure of the project.In this paper,some construction enterprise in Liaoning engineering project material purchasing management work has carried on the research analysis,studied the current cost management and analysis,in view of the existing in the work of fund management,summarizes such problems as serious resource waste,cost management work of cost budget,cost control and cost accounting content as the foundation,put forward material purchasing cost management of construction enterprise project improvement scheme and related security measures,aimed at the management methods,rules and regulations,organization structure and so on several aspects to improve,to control the cost management of budget,accounting and relevant methods of work such as improvements,improve the efficiency and quality of the project construction enterprise,to achieve the optimal allocation of resources.The main work content of this thesis is based on the current situation of material purchase cost management in a construction enterprise,and proposes an improvement plan for the related problems of material purchase cost management for construction enterprise engineering projects.Based on the main work content of material purchase cost management,the thesis analyzes the problems existing in the procurement cost management of construction enterprise project materials from three aspects including cost budget,cost accounting and cost control,and analyzes the reasons.According to the three main work contents of cost budget,cost accounting and cost control,the structure of material procurement cost management system was constructed,the design of the improvement plan of material purchase cost management was carried out from three aspects,and the cost management evaluation system was constructed.Analyze the material purchase case of a construction project in a construction enterprise.From the aspects of organization structure,personnel management and other related material purchasing cost management guarantee measures are put forward.
