Research On Application Of ISO9001:2015 Management System In Small And Medium-sized Manufacturing

In the past 10 years,China's manufacturing industry has achieved a sustained and rapid development,the overall scale has been greatly improved,and the comprehensive strength has been continuously strengthened.It not only has made important contributions to the domestic economic and social development,but also has become an important force to support the world economy.At the same time,the challenge of quality problems is serious in China.Although the rate of unqualified inspection of national supervision of product quality is declining year by year,the overall rate is still around 10%,and the unqualified rate of some products is hovering over the high position for many years.Manufacturing quality loss is high,manufacturing quality direct loss is showing a rapid upward trend,and the quality loss of industrial products in China is increasing year by year."ISO9001:2015 quality management system requirements" as the basic international standard and the basic management system for improving the quality of enterprises is officially released in September 23,2015.Before the requirements of the ISO9001:2008 quality management system,all the certificates in September 2018 will be invalidated and invalid.The national standards of People's Republic of China issued the GB/T19001-2016 quality management system requirements equally in December 30,2016 and began to be implemented on 01 07 months in 2017.This article,through the case of the implementation of the ISO9001:2015 quality management system of A company,first investigates the problems faced by A companies in the implementation of the ISO9001:2015 quality management system.Then we studied the way and method of other companies' implementation of quality management system,and sorted out ways and means for A company to learn from.A has also conducted a follow up investigation in planning,establishing and implementing,and studied the achievements and shortcomings of A in implementing ISO9001:2015 quality management system.Finally,this paper also puts forward some suggestions from the perspective of A company,and puts forward suggestions for the same small and medium-sized enterprises similar to A company.
