A Study On Methods To Improving Design Quality For Power Design Enterprise Based On ISO9001 Certification

Until now, most of the electrical design firms have established its quality management system based on ISO9001 standards, and improved enterprise's management, overall level of quality and competitiveness through the effective operation and implementation of the quality management. Firstly, we have a comprehensive analysis for the formation and the development of the quality management system and the basic of the theory. Secondly, we analyzed the quality characteristics of the products and services, design of power companies, and the characteristics of quality management system, and the operation mode. The QMS of GH electrical design firm is taken as an example, analyzing the problem to propose the improvement strategies. The research conclusions of the paper have some guidance to optimize the quality system with its own characteristics for the electrical design firms, and the conclusions are helpful to find the problems in the project quality management and improve the operation efficiency and effectiveness of the quality management system to develop the quality of the products and services, and increase the competition of the enterprise.
