In recent years,China's rural areas have undergone earth-shaking changes.From the previous absolute poverty has become relatively poor,and now concentrated development in the rural areas is the main measure of my accurate poverty alleviation,the provincial capital of Jiangxi province is also the central province In the more typical poverty-stricken areas,with the support of the Party Central Committee and the State Council,poverty alleviation work has achieved good results,but there are still many problems in the rural poverty areas.For example,the goal of poverty alleviation is too great,the poverty-stricken population is large,and the income gap of residents is still widening.As a result,the poverty in the local area is getting worse,which has brought difficulties to poverty alleviation.This paper is based on the perspective of precision poverty alleviation,taking the performance appraisal of poverty alleviation and development projects as the research object,using a series of methods such as comparative analysis,system analysis,etc.The key point of the performance appraisal of poverty alleviation and development projects is to establish a performance evaluation system for poverty alleviation projects.The framework will further improve the performance evaluation system for poverty alleviation projects to meet the new requirements for the promotion of poverty alleviation projects in the context of accurate poverty alleviation.Through the study of the rural poverty alleviation work mechanism in Jishui County,the causes of rural poverty in Jishui County were analyzed in depth,the problems in the poverty alleviation project were found,and the focus was in-depth analysis of the poverty alleviation and development working mechanism.Through practice,it is found that the practical operation and support mechanisms for performance evaluation of poverty alleviation still have shortcomings.A summary of the performance evaluation practices of poverty alleviation projects,analysis of the practicality of various methods and indicators,summarization of the problems in the evaluation of the performance of poverty alleviation projects,and then propose ways to solve the problems,so that the problems can be effectively suppressed,and finally slowly Solve the problems.
