Research On Accurate Poverty Alleviation Of Yangbu Town In Pingyu County Of Henan Province

So far,our poverty alleviation work has been carried out for more than 30 years,through the joint efforts of the society from all walks of life,has achieved a big success,the economic level of many poor rural areas and the living standard of poor households have been greatly improved.But the population of our country is large,has more poor households,the cause of the poor as well as the characteristics of various,so the traditional poverty alleviation model has not been able to solve our poverty problem well.In order to better meet the actual needs of poor households and poverty-stricken areas,further solving the problem of poverty,the requirements for precision poverty alleviation are put forward.It has been about 5 years since the introduction and implementation of "targeted poverty alleviation".However,there are still many problems in the implementation of the targeted poverty alleviation policy.This paper takes Pingyu County town of Yang precise poverty alleviation work as the research object,using the method of literature research and field research method analysis the development situation and problems of precise poverty alleviation in Yang Bu Town,aiming at the existing problems and put forward reasonable suggestions,to make the work of accurate poverty alleviation work effectively.This study found that:the main problems of precision poverty alleviation in Yang Bu Town are:the identification method of poor objects is not scientific enough,and the identification is not accurate enough;there is a certain gap between the use of funds and precision,and the rate of integration is not high enough;the system of rewards and punishments is not perfect enough,and the details of reward and punishment system are not enough;the strength of poverty alleviation talents is weak,and some of them are not competent enough;poor people's cultural quality is low,and their ability to help themselves out of poverty is inadequate.The countermeasures to solve these problems are:innovating the identification method to improve the accuracy of identifying poor objects;make rational use of funds to improve the accuracy of fund use;pay attention to details and improve the system of assessment and punishment;strengthen the construction of precise poverty alleviation talents and enhance the strength of helping the poor;improve the cultural quality of the poor and enhance their ability to help themselves out of poverty.
