Poverty is undoubtedly still a difficult problem that the world needs to face.With the strong momentum of global tourism development,tourism itself has the advantages of high industrial relevance and low employment threshold.It has increasingly played a very prominent role in the economic benefits of tourism with abundant tourism resources in poor areas.In practice,poverty alleviation by tourist has also become an important way to help the poor.It is the core goal of tourism poverty alleviation to let the poor get rid of poverty and become rich.However,in the practice of tourism poverty alleviation,there are often problems such as the neglect of the interests of the poor,the too direct "blood transfusion" in the way of poverty alleviation,which leads to the low overall accuracy of poverty alleviation.Therefore,how to carry out the concept of "precision" in the practice of poverty alleviation in tourism,realize the goal of "true poverty alleviation in tourism" and "true poverty alleviation in tourism",and realize the goal of "teaching people to fish is better than teaching people to fish" has become an urgent problem for both industry and academia.On the basis of referring to domestic and foreign literature and combing the research contents of scholars on Tourism poverty alleviation,combining with the work experience of tourism poverty alleviation and precise poverty alleviation,this paper takes actual cases as the object of analysis,takes the relevant theory of tourism poverty alleviation as the basis,and analyses the precise predicament of tourism poverty alleviation in Jinzhai County from the current situation,focusing on "tourism poverty alleviation and precise poverty ”,“What is precise poverty alleviation in tourism,what is the operational mechanism of precise poverty alleviation in tourism,how is the current situation of tourism development and poverty alleviation in Jinzhai County,what precise problems exist in the practice of tourism poverty alleviation in Jinzhai County,and how to realize precise poverty alleviation in tourism in the end,etc.,according to the idea of analyzing the current situation-combing the problems-putting forward the best ones" to discuss.Jinzhai County,as a key poverty-stricken county in China,is also the first 5A scenic spot in Lu'an.The momentum of tourism development is good and the effect of poverty alleviation is obvious,but the overall trend is towards traditional tourism poverty alleviation.There are some problems,such as,low efficiency of starting poverty alleviation projects,simple ways of poverty alleviation by tourism,low level of coalition of the main bodies and inadequate supervision of poverty alleviation effect,etc.Based on the operation mechanism of precise poverty alleviation,this paper puts forward the essence of tourism in Jinzhai County.Improvement measures for quasi-poverty alleviation include strict checks on the targets of poverty alleviation and careful selection of poverty alleviation projects in precise identification;advocating diversification of the main body of assistance and diversification of the ways of assistance in precise assistance;strict monitoring and safeguard measures are required in precise management so as to get rid of poverty in the county by 2020,and the goal of removing the title of "poor county" is hard.At the same time,the implementation of precise poverty alleviation through tourism in Jinzhai County can not only promote the economic development of the county but also help the poor people get rid of poverty.
