Game Analysis And Strategic Choice On The Economic Benefits Of Sharing Bicycles

According to the “2017 Q1 China Shared Bicycle Market Research Report”released by the well-known data research institution Bida Consulting,by the first quarter of this year,the market share of ofo had reached 51.9%,followed by mobybike was only 40.7%,and the remaining 7.4% had been split by other shared bike brands.This has formed a competitive pattern of duopoly in the shared bicycle market.At the same time,we can also see that in the process of competing for the market and users,the two most commonly used ways for enterprises are to increase the amount of bicycles and price war.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the causes and the results of these two behaviors.Game theory is also a theory that explores the rational decision-making behavior of interdependent decision makers and the equilibrium of their decision-making results.Therefore,this paper uses game theory to study the economic interest game between shared bicycle companies.In order to study the process and the situation that eventually reaches the equilibrium state of the benefit interaction between the shared bicycle enterprises.Firstly,this paper first introduces the background and the significance of the topic,the research content and methods,as well as the research status at home and abroad.Then we introduced the theory of sharing economy,sharing bicycles and game theory.Then on the basis of the analysis of the current situation of domestic shared bicycle development,based on the game theory,we have established the game models of single-car delivery volume and price competition between sharing bicycle enterprises,and analyzed their strategy choice.Moreover,the feasibility of the model and the correctness of the conclusion are tested by Matlab through simulation research.Finally,combined with the actual development of shared bicycles,the paper provides some suggestions for the development of shared bicycle enterprises,such as increasing the source of revenue,carrying out technological innovation,innovating price reduction strategies,etc.
