Affected by the energy structure adjustment,air pollution control and other factors,the coal industry enterprises in the complex economic and social environment in the stand out,sustainable development,and continue to open up new world,the key factors is the competition between talent.How the company can attract talent,retain talent,especially the core talent,and stimulate their enthusiasm and creativity,is the core of human resources development and management.In the modern enterprise human resource management,economic compensation is the basic source of employees,is the point of conflict of interest between the organization and employees,employees and employees,is to attract,retain and motivate employees and improve employee satisfaction is one of the most important factors.How to optimize the salary system,make it more internal fairness and external competitiveness,is an urgent need to solve the problem.In this paper,XZ Company as the research object,combined with the current situation of XZ Company,the company's current salary system is optimized.Firstly this paper elaborates the background and significance of the research,the current situation of research at home and abroad and the research ideas and methods.At the same time,from the definition of salary,the definition of salary system,the function of salary,the main relevant theory of salary system,salary design to carry out theoretical review,to provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of the salary system.Secondly,it analyzes the present situation of the salary system of XZ Company,introduces the current organizational structure,human resource status,salary,bonus and welfare status of XZ Company,The investigation and analysis of the salary status of XZ Company from the aspects of salary system composition and salary level of XZ Company,and finds out the problems and reasons of XZ Company's current salary system..Thirdly,we solve the problems in front of us,mainly including the optimization of the basic salary,the salary and the academic salary,the optimization of the bonus and the optimization of the welfare.Finally,comparative analysis of before and after optimization of the salary system,and from the organization,system,personnel,propaganda and ideological guarantee of the implementation of the new plan,and the implementation process of supervision and regulation,to ensure smooth implementation.In summary,this paper combined with the compensation situation of XZ company,based on the related theories of compensation for guidance on the current compensation system of XZ were optimized,and the actual a series of security measures for the XZ company's proposed and formulated.Expect to be able to play the role of compensation through research,and fully mobilize the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of staff,support and promote thestrategic goal of the enterprise,establish the enterprise competitive advantage,harmonious labor relations,maintain social justice,promote the harmonious development of the society,at the same time provide a reference for other companies facing similar issues.
