| The Bank of Kunlun is the financial sector of CNPC and the Kunlun bank Daqing branch is the first branch established outside Xinjiang.It is also the only branch of the Bank of Kunlun at present in the northeast,the most important oil and gas and petrochemical production area in the country,and has a rich company and individual customer group.Since its establishment,how to make full use of its own advantages,adapt to local conditions,and better serve the central oil enterprises in the northeast and their upstream and downstream industry chain customers,and to stand firm in the fierce market competition environment and realize the leap forward development,that is the problem that the Daqing branch has been constantly exploring.As an enterprise strategy,enterprise management strategy is an important guarantee for enterprise to gain development and leading position in the industry.The paper takes the Daqing branch of the Bank of Kunlun to study its current situation and problems,and studies the related problems of its management strategy,aiming at exploring the business strategy suitable for the Daqing branch and realizing its goal of sustainable development.The research methods in this paper are mainly literature research,interview and qualitative analysis.The paper is divided into six chapters,which can be divided into three parts.The first part includes the first chapter and the second chapter,which mainly expatiates on the background,purpose,significance,logical thinking and the business strategy theory involved in the thesis.This part introduces the research status of enterprise management at home and abroad,and introduces the concept and characteristics of strategy,enterprise strategy,enterprise management strategy,strategic management and so on.At the same time,it also introduces two analytical tools of strategic management,namely SWOT analysis and Mike Potter's five force analysis model.The theories and research methods involved in the second chapter are the importing basis and reference for this thesis.The second part includes third chapters and fourth chapters.This part is an important part of the full text,and it is a statement of the analysis process and thinking.The third chapter is based on the concept and theory of enterprise strategy and management strategy,and has carried out a comprehensive and detailed analysis on the internal and external environment of Daqing branch.First of all,the paper analyzes the internal environment of Daqing branch from the enterprise profile,enterprise management structure,business management mode,enterprise resources and capabilities.In the aspect of enterprise management architecture,it points out that the Daqing branch adopts the cross management structure in the management structure,and the double line management is adopted in the business management,that is to accept the double line management of the branch leadership and the line of the general line of the general line of business.In terms of business management mode,this paper expounds four aspects: asset business,liabilities and settlement business,product development and risk management.In terms of chapter first expounds the strategic positioning and strategic objectives of the Kunlun bank and Daqing branch.On the basis of the analysis of the previous chapter,the Daqing branch is still in the also an important feature different from other commercial banks.In the customer development strategy,this paper expounds four aspects: optimizing th customer structure,locking the customer in stages,developing the customer of linkage development,and adopting the big company line to promote the development of the customer.On the strategy of human resources,this paper expounds the two levels of cadres and employees,and proposes to strengthen the management requirements for cadres and to make career planning for the staff,so that the Daqing branch of Kunlun bank will be more targeted and effective in team building and professional training.The sixth chapter puts forward some corresponding suggesting on the implementation and safeguard measures of the management strategy.It is believed that the Daqing branch should improve the service quality continuously by strengthening training,implementing and constructing long-term mechanism to improve the quality of service,and improve the performance appraisal system by setting clear goals and establishing a reasonable structure to pay attention to the consistency of performance management methods.Through the creation of a comprehensive responsibility culture to implement comprehensive risk management;create a good working atmosphere through two levels of managers and employees.It si proposed that managers should play
