The Research On The Development Strategy For Bank Of Kunlun Xi'an Branch-Based On The Combination Model Of Production And Finance

As the Chinese economy enters into the “New Normal”,China's financial industry is also gradually moving towards the “New Normal”.With increasingly fierce competition in the financial market,banks have become the main reform area on the supply side.Since its establishment,the Xi'an Branch of Kunlun Bank has made considerable development yet also faced with fierce competition in the market.The purpose of this study is to analyze the direction of development strategy of Xi'an Branch under the financial-industrial combination model after sorting out the related theory,by implementing the financial-industrial combination model with the unique characteristics of the petroleum industry in the Branch,it will provide better service to the development of petroleum enterprises in Shaanxi,and to a certain extent help realize sustainable development of Xi'an Branch.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the overall introduction of the background and significance of this study,it summarizes the current research status in this area both in and outside China,as well as the research methods,ideas and the overall framework of this paper.In the second chapter,The second chapter theoretically reviews the definition,connotation and development mode of the combination of industry and finance,it also sums up the status quo and features of finance and industry combination both in China and abroad.The key research contents of this paper lie in the third and fourth chapters,in the third chapter,the current development situation of the Kunlun Bank is sorted out under the finance and industry combination model,it also analyzes the model and characteristics of the combination of industry and finance,summarizes Kunlun Bank's experience in this regard.It carries on to analyze the the Branch's development environment of the finance and industry combination business in the fourth chapter,and analyzes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats during its development process with the help of SWOT Analysis Model.On the basis of the third chapter where the combination of industry and finance model and experience are sorted,together with the development environment the Xi'an Branch faces,this fifth chapter proposes the developing countermeasures of the finance and industry combination business.The six chapter sums up the whole research,including the conclusion,what can be improved and the direction of follow-up researches.Through the study on the Xi'an Branch of Kunlun Bank's experience in integrating industry and finance,combined with the analysis of its competition environment,this paper proposes the future development direction and measures of its industry and finance combination business,which in turn will have a positive effect on making a future development strategy by the Xi'an Branch of Kunlun Bank.
