Since the reform and opening up,China's catering industry has experienced from scratch,from small to big,from weak to strong development stage.In 2001,the global economic integration pattern continued to develop rapidly,China officially joined the world trade organization,and the development of the catering industry was in full swing,and entered the rapid development of blowout.In the western development strategy gradually thorough,the strategy of "all the way along the" vigorously promote environment,xi 'an,catering enterprises in the fierce market competition,to maintain competitive advantage,establish the core competitiveness,access to long-term survival and development,we must attach importance to hardware construction and software upgrade of the enterprise.As the catering market gradually tend to be more diversified and comprehensive development,catering enterprises in addition to cope with external demand changing,enterprise interior also make corresponding adjustment,the demand for human resources management has also improved.So on the basis of in combination with the practical situation of catering enterprises,understand the direction of the development of food and beverage enterprise,based on catering enterprises strategic objectives,to make catering enterprises human resource planning,reasonable and comprehensive deployment of enterprise internal employees,optimize personnel structure,ensure enterprise sustainable development vigor and update capabilities,the greatest degree of avoid such as food and beverage service quality is poor,poor employee satisfaction problem.How to carry out scientific and reasonable human resource planning,it has become a research topic to provide the experience and development of talents for hospitality industry.This paper,taking xi 'an GH hotel as analysis object,in reference to the human resources management related concepts and theories,and on the basis of predecessors' research results,GH hotel human resources management for a brief historical review.Comprehensive analysis of GH hotel human resources present situation,through the gray prediction and markov model problems of human resource supply and demand for hotel in the future and the cause of the imbalance between supply and demand forecast and analysis;According to the guiding ideology of development planning for human resource development strategy and development principles,combined with the hotel supply and demand forecast,put forward the human resource planning,at the same time,in order to ensure the implementation of the human resource planning,in the implementation of the based on the analysis of the possible obstacles,from staff recruiting plan,talent configuration plan,training and development plan,salary,welfare incentive schemes,performance management,career development plan to develop the enterprise human resources planning,put forward the safeguard measures of human resource planning.Aiming at the existing problems,this paper puts forward feasible Suggestions and analyzes the risks and guarantees for the implementation of the measures,so as to provide references for the hr planning of GH hotel.
