Lan Shi Zhongzhuang Cash Flow Management Research

With the continuous development of market economy in our country and improvement of China's enterprises have entered a new stage of development,facing increasingly fierce market competition both at home and abroad,the enterprise to win in the competition continued support will need the money,so more and more enterprise managers and investors to focus on the management of cash flow.Cash flow is very important for enterprise,in reality many companies profitable but eventually went bankrupt because of unable to pay due debts,so the enterprise in order to survive,must raise cash to cover the cost of all kinds of goods and services can say in the process of enterprise operation,grasp the lifeline of enterprise survival is cash flow.Petrochemical industry is the foundation of the national economy and the pillar industry in our country,the petroleum and petrochemical equipment manufacturing and supporting industry of petrochemical industry,its development level decides the development process of petroleum and petrochemical industry,and is affected by the global economic recovery is slow in recent years,China's domestic economic slowdown,combined with the international oil prices low,energy equipment demand weakened,petrochemical equipment manufacturing industry development by the company in,so this paper LanShi zhongzhuang nearly six years of cash flow situation analysis,in order to find out the breakthrough block method.In this paper,both at home and abroad on the basis of the research on the management of cash flow,cash flow management theory knowledge to comb,including cash flow management concepts,objectives,contents and the related theory of cash flow management,combining LanShi zhongzhuang cash flow situation analysis on its cash flow management.First,do a simple introduction of LanShi zhongzhuang company profile,and then,combined with the data LanShi zhongzhuang nearly six years of financial statements and related accounting documents,using comparative method and financial ratio analysis to LanShi zhongzhuang cash flow velocity of management,quality management of cash flow and cash flow management status of budget management made the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis,the analysis results with the industry average and the industry leader in enterprise data found after comparing LanShi zhongzhuang in cash flow management,such as cash flow velocity is slow,the quality of cash flow management is not science,the lack of cash flow early warning mechanism,the imperfection of the enterprise budget management of cash flow and a series of problems,if not solved will continuously influence enterprise operating conditions.Finally based on the findings of problem put forward feasible Suggestions for improvement,avoid LanShi zhongzhuang appear unable to repay debts,a cash flow fracture,such as financial difficulties,thus safeguarding LanShi zhongzhuang cash flow unimpeded,help improve the operating conditions to realize sustainable development.
