Research On Farmers' Relocation In Ma Zhai Village In The Western Suburbs Of Zhengzhou In The Process Of Urbanization

With the continuous development of industrialization and urbanization in China,the suburbs surrounding the metropolis are important beneficiaries in the process of urbanization.But in the rapid development of urbanization and the overall development of urban and rural areas,the problem of farmers' demolition caused by land expropriation has now become the focus of social concern.If the problem of rural demolition farmers is not properly solved,the life management order and basic social stability in this area will be affected,and the new urbanization construction with Chinese characteristics is hindered.This article is divided into five parts to carry out research on the issue of"demolition of rural households in the western suburbs of Ma Zhai village in the process of urbanization" in Zhengzhou.The first chapter is an introduction,which introduces the background,significance,contents and methods of the study.The research area is Ma Zhai village in the westerm suburbs of Zhengzhou.Its good geographical location and economic foundation are suitable for the urbanization of Zhengzhou suburbs.The second chapter is the theoretical basis and relevant policies.First,the definition of demolition and urbanization is defined,and then the laws and regulations related to the demolition are introduced,and the relevant laws and regulations of the demolition are analyzed.Finally,the actual demolition policy of the local government is expounded.The third chapter is the present situation.First of all,Ma Zhai village is summarized,and then through the survey of the questionnaire to get the relevant data of the demolition farmers,and to describe the statistics and analysis,to get the living situation of the demolition farmers before and after the demolition.The fourth chapter starts from the relationship of demolition interests,analyzes the problems related to the demolition of farmers,and objectively reflects the problems of local demolition farmers.Through the investigation and study of the status quo and the process of compensation and resettlement,the problems and relationships between the demolished and the demolished households are described in detail.In the analysis of the ideas,the demolition of farmers as "the main body",the demolition of farmers' life changes in deep analysis,and found a series of problems related to the government and the demolition system.The problem research shows.that the problems of demolition farmers exist in all aspects,but the most fundamental problems are economic and institutional problems.The fifth chapter studies the problems before and finds out the reasons for the problems.The defect of the current demolition system is the root cause of the problem.The demolition system established by the planned economy is no longer suitable for China's social development at this stage.The defects of the system result in the difficulty of defining the scope of demolition and the improper procedures.The compensation policy for local demolition is also affected by "male preference".The economic reason is the game between the demolition farmers and the local government on the economic benefits of demolition.The sixth chapter,on the basis of the previous study,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to deal with the problem of demolition farmers:to improve the employment system of the demolition farmers;to improve the rural social security system;to develop the rural education;to establish the correct consumption concept of the demolition farmers.
