In 2015,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council printed "Several Opinions on Further Deepening the Reform of the Electric Power System(Zhongfa[2015]No.9)",opening a new round of China's power system reform.The paper pointed out that breaking the monopoly to restore the power of commodity properties,the introduction of various types of capital to form a competitive market,decided by the market price is the focus of this reform.Since then,the relevant departments have released 6 copies of this electric matching documents to guide the implementation of this electric reform.The document has formed the guiding path of this electric reform"three letting go,one independent and three strengthening".In particular,it proposes to provide a good competitive environment for the electricity sellers,improve the establishment of markets and various links,and create a diversified competitive environment,So that users have more choices in the power of choice,and enjoy the high quality of service quality.New competitors in the electricity sales market include:electricity sales companies established in high-tech industrial parks;power sales companies established by distributed power supply or micro-grid systems;electricity sales companies established by social capital;public service industries such as water supply,Gas,heating and other industries)set up sales company;power companies set up sales company.With the gradual opening up of the electricity trading market in this reform,all kinds of newly established electricity sales companies have formed the entire market as the main competitors.The sales companies with different operating modes will strive for more markets in a completely competitive market environment Share.In the background of a new round of electric power system reform,this paper studies on the competitiveness of TCOs in different types of operating modes and proposes the optimization of competitive strategies according to the corresponding types of firms.First of all,this article summarizes the situation of power market reform both at home and abroad,and mainly studies the reform situation and market characteristics of the reformed countries that have marketed electricity sales in foreign countries and provides reference for the process of power market reform in China.Secondly,based on the situation of power market reform in China,we predict the development trend of China's electric power reform based on the experience of foreign countries,and then study the future competition in China's electricity sales market.Then through the Cournot model of game theory,this paper studies the competition strategies of the sales companies of different operation modes in the power system reform of China and obtains the competition of the future sales competition in the electricity market.The competition lies in the competition between the service and the power supply quality provided by the different sales companies.Based on the previous research,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is further established to evaluate the competitiveness of the sales companies in each operation mode.The sales company established by the grid company is in a dominant position in the market competition,and at the same time,it should bear the power supply of bottom protection.Finally,this paper establishes the market competition model of all kinds of sales and service companies in different operation modes considering the input of power supply service,and obtains the influence of power supply service on the sales companies in different operation modes.Based on this,it proposes the background of the new power system reform Under various types of operating modes,the strategy of optimizing and optimizing the sales of power companies is of some reference to the new round of market-oriented electricity reform.
