Empirical Analysis On The Financial Poverty Alleviation Efficiency Of The Agricultural Development Bank Of China In Linxia

Poverty has always been one of the main problems that plagued the developing countries,and China is no exception.Because of the uneven distribution of resources in geographical location,the existence of the original problem has made the economic development very different.Many areas of our country still belong to the poor area.Therefore,the problem of poverty is still an important problem that restricts the economic and social development of our country.At present,tackling poverty has already entered the decisive stage of decisive battle.Generally,the poverty relief targets are deeper and more difficult,and the task of tackling poverty is still arduous.At the same time,the nineteen major report of the Party pointed out that "to mobilize the whole Party and the whole society,to achieve poverty and true poverty",it can be seen that the most important thing to achieve a comprehensive poverty reduction is the precision of poverty alleviation and poverty reduction.As the main force to alleviate poverty,financial aid for the poor still exists in poor areas,and can not really shake off poverty and get rid of poverty.Therefore,studying the efficiency of financial poverty alleviation is of great significance for achieving accurate poverty alleviation and accurate poverty elimination.LinxiaHui Autonomous Prefecture,located in the central and southern mountainous areas of Gansu,is a concentrated poverty stricken area in the LiuPanMountain.It is also a place where ethnic minorities live together.With the role of Finance in economic and social development in the increasingly prominent,both at home and abroad on how to do the financial support for poverty alleviation and rural poverty alleviation accurate conducted a series of exploration,therefore,the thesis takes Linxia Prefecture as the research object,to agricultural issue of financial poverty alleviation as a starting point,on the basis of poverty and poverty alleviation of financial research and practice in China abroad,based on the financial development and economic growth theory,rural financial theory and the development of inclusive financial policy financial theory,through the analysis of the state of Linxia and the current situation of poverty in Linxia branch of the agricultural development bank financial poverty situation,Agricultural Development Bank branch of Linxia state financial poverty alleviation efficiency,Agricultural Development Bank branch of Linxia state financial factors affecting the efficiency of poverty alleviation,targeted the Agricultural Development Bank branch of Linxia state financial support for rural poverty alleviation precise measures are demonstrated.This paper selects Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture,one of the typical poor areas of Gansu Province as the research object,based on the data obtained by the agricultural distribution of Linxia branch in the local poor areas,first of all,from the characteristics of the economic development of the poverty-stricken areas in Linxia,the financial environment in the poverty-stricken areas in Linxia,and the issuance of the finance of the Linxia branch of the Linxia state branch.Three aspects of poverty alleviation in Linxia branch of the Agricultural Development Bank are analyzed.Secondly,the DEA model is used to analyze the technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency,scale efficiency analysis and total factor productivity analysis of the financial poverty alleviation efficiency of the Linxia branch of the agricultural issue.The conclusion is that the decline in the scale of financial poverty alleviation is the main factor restricting the low efficiency of the financial aid to poverty.Thirdly,this article,from the imprecise choice of the object of poverty alleviation,makes the financial aid poor many information asymmetries;the financial poverty alleviation lacks the sustainability,lacks the advantage in the competition of the same industry;the risk compensation mechanism is not sound,the enthusiasm for the poverty alleviation work is not high;the agricultural industrialization low restraining loan demand,the lack of the effective demand for financial poverty alleviation;The five factors,such as poor financial environment,increased credit risk and declining loan scale,have analyzed the reasons why the scale of financial aid to the poor of the agricultural development bank is not efficient.Finally,according to the actual situation of the poverty-stricken areas in Linxia,it is proposed that the agricultural issuance should innovate credit products,change the credit mode,actively communicate with the government departments to improve the precision and breadth of financial poverty alleviation,and the regulatory departments should innovate the regulatory system to improve the accuracy of guidance and improve the effectiveness of poverty alleviation;the government departments should improve their policies.There are three policy proposals for ensuring the mechanism and consolidating the basic system of poverty alleviation.
