Regional Economic Differences And Coordinated Development Of Sichuan Province

As the fatal question of Regional Economics, regional economic difference is widely studied. China is the largest developing country in the world, but the unbalanced economic development of each region causes serious problems of regional economic difference. The paper analyze the regional economic difference of Sichuan province based on the supply of public goods.Firstly, based on the review of domestic and foreign research, the paper induct, explain and defined the theories of regional economic difference and the supply of public goods. Compare and analyze all kinds of index and method which estimates regional economic difference. Then put forward a assume:there is a positive correlation between the supply of public goods and economic development.Secondly, through the collection, collation and analysis of raw data, respectively choose nine indexes which is on behalf of economic development and eight indexes which is on behalf of the supply of public goods to do an empirical analysis of coordination degree. With SPSS15.0for windows, using principal component analysis, I do the empirical analysis and the sum of the evaluation to21cities of Sichuan province.Finally, on the basis of the results of study above-mentioned, I give policy recommendations from the perspective of the supply of public goods.
