The central enterprise is an important part of the state-owned enterprises,which plays an irreplaceable role in the state-owned economy,so we always focus on the performance evaluation of the central.Since the establishment of the SASAC,a series of measures have been taken to improve the performance evaluation system of the central enterprises.In recent years,scholars of the central enterprise performance evaluation system discussed from many aspects,in order to achieve the result that can make the performance evaluation system to keep pace with the times.In view of this,in this paper,the current system of performance evaluation of central enterprises limitations are analyzed,and found that the current lack of an effective combination of corporate social responsibility to participate in the enterprise integrated performance evaluation system,so that it can integrate into the corporate social responsibility performance evaluation while reflecting the fulfillment of social responsibility through performance evaluation system.The present research often focused on one suggestion on the research of theory,or simply studies social responsibility performance,or focus on the performance evaluation system,can effective combination of social responsibility put forward comprehensive performance evaluation system is very few.With the further deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises,to explore the comprehensive performance evaluation system of central enterprises with social responsibility has important practical significance.The research of this paper is based on the existing performance evaluation system of the central enterprise,which is mainly divided into five parts:The first part describes the research background and significance,related research ideas;The second part introduces the theory of social responsibility performance evaluation?innovation point;The third part review the evolution of the central enterprise performance evaluation system of history,put forward the limitations of the existing system.The fourth part introduces the social responsibility performance into the performance evaluation system,and puts forward the new performance rating system dimension,taking the central enterprises in the telecommunications industry as an example,using analytic hierarchy process to analyze the indicators.The fifth part is the research conclusions and recommendations,summarizes the existing problems,put forward feasible policy recommendations and future research prospects of the central enterprise comprehensive performance evaluation system.
