Real estate project bidding is when choosing suitable for the characteristics of the project contracting institutions often use of real estate project bidding which is a major way.Project evaluation is one of the most important link in the process,the evaluation of quality will directly affect the quality of the project.So,in order to ensure that all parts of project bidding evaluation of scientific,fair and just,and at the same time in order to be able to try to protect the common interests of both bidding sides,improve the quality of project construction,establish a reasonable and effective evaluation bidding theory is of great significance.Research purpose of this article is based on our domestic engineering construction project bidding the basic direction of the theory and practice,through access to draw lessons from foreign engineering bidding outstanding ideas as well as the reliable facts,for example,combed the Chinese engineering bidding project development plan and direction,but also to our country the bidding project evaluation index system in the process of practical operation of the many deficiencies and disadvantages,the author himself some optimization Suggestions were put forward and a new research idea,and provides a relatively reliable new matter-element theory on the basis of the analysis of indicators and expanding method,the thesis also deep research and analysis the new technology of matter-element extension development index system,hierarchical analysis of the engineering bidding evaluation structure and expand the theory of the new thinking.Hope the new theoretical ideas,for others and Cenozoic credible theoretical foundation for the researchers.The process of building a evaluation model in the article,first of all,introduces the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the theory of matter-element extension two basic theory,by analyzing the theory of matter-element extension,clarify the extension theory was applied to the evaluation of project specific ideas.Second,the theory of matter-element extension of evaluation method of the basic principle,characteristic,evaluation principle and the main steps to carried on the detailed analysis,based on comprehensive evaluation method to determine the project bid evaluation index weights.Introducing the theory of matter-clement extension evaluation method,established the evaluation matter-element classical domain,joint domain and the correlation matrix,and then according to the above determine the index weight,according to the principle of maximum correlation,the matter-element evaluation results.Thus constructs the matter-element extension theory for engineering construction projects comprehensive evaluation method.Through the analysis of examples,the application of the model to make engineering construction project bid evaluation process more scientific and accurate.Through analysis and research,this article proposed the engineering construction project based on the theory of matter-element extension of new comprehensive evaluation model is practical,can provide a more effective for the evaluation of the project.
