Research On The Liquidation Of "Zombie Enterprise" And The Reform Of State Owned Enterprises

"Zombie enterprise" is a new concept of enterprise in the process of the reform of state-owned enterprises in China.It refers to the enterprises with high debts and hopeless returns.They operate only under the support of bank loans and government policies.Domestic research on the disposal of "zombie enterprise" is still in the exploratory stage,and has yet to form a scientific and perfect "zombie enterprise" disposal mode.In this paper,based on the former research,trying to sort out the "identification zombie enterprises",the research on the status quo of clearing zombie companies,in order to find the effective way of the reasonable disposal of "zombie" companies to promote reform and development of state-owned enterprises.The disposal of Shenzhen city "zombie"companies as an example,analyze the disposal scheme of "Zombie mode enterprise",hope that through this study,China's other regions "zombie enterprises" disposal work to bring inspiration and reference,so as to promote the development and progress of the reform of state-owned industry in China.In this paper,the literature research method,qualitative analysis method and case study method are used in the research process.In the early stage of writing,using literature research method,consulting a large number of documents,obtained research theory and research methods.At the beginning of writing,qualitative analysis was adopted to sort out the materials collected,and to analyze and study the concepts,characteristics and significance of "zombie enterprise" and the reform of state-owned enterprises.When using the case study method,case study of Shenzhen city to promote the reform of state-owned enterprises to clean up zombie companies,discusses the Shenzhen city clean up zombie enterprises "general ideas and specific programs,pointed out the existence of Shenzhen city to clean up zombie companies,analysis of Shenzhen city to clean up zombie enterprises" reform of state-owned enterprises in effect etc.The research shows that China's clean up zombie companies to promote the reform and development of state-owned enterprise task needed to be accumulated experience and practice,need to learn from the case of domestic and foreign advanced mode,continuous innovation to promote the rapid development of clearing mode,the reform of state-owned enterprises.China clean up zombie companies before the state-owned enterprises need to reflect on the causes of "easy zombies",to avoid the formation of the"zombie" companies,state-owned enterprises take reasonable scheme to clean up zombie companies,the development of innovative zombie companies clearing mode.Performance of the main innovations of this paper,taking Shenzhen city to clean up zombie enterprises "case as a reference,analysis of Shenzhen city clean up zombie companies,for the rest of the zombie companies' disposal to provide reference,provide suggestion for clearing zombie companies to promote the reform of state-owned enterprises.From the "zombie enterprises" formation,development and disposal process put forward the prevention and control of multiple views,tried in many ways "zombies"intervention and deterioration,and to achieve the ideal clean up zombie companies ",to promote the development of the reform of state-owned enterprises in China.
