Research On The Transformation Of The Bank Branch Of China's Commercial Bank Under The Background Of Financial Technology

The bank branch of commercial banks is a microcosm of the development of China's commercial banks,which integrates many systems and aspects such as technology,products,employee,services,and marketing.It not only reflects the development concept and development strategy of China's commercial banks,but also reflects the development level of China's commercial banks.At present,the banking is facing tremendous pressures for business and development by the changes in the external environment such as the development of science and technology,the popularization of the Mobile Internet,and the competition in the financial sector.The bank branch of commercial banks,as an important battleground for banking services and marketing,have a series of problems such as the backward operation mode,low level of marketing and service,and poor customer experience,which cannot gradually support the needs of bank development.Transformation have become an urgent task.I personally inspected more than 20 bank branches of China's commercial banks that have already been transformed,and conducted 15 interviews with the person in charge of the bank branch or its superiors,which gain an in-depth understanding of the bank branch's current status of China's commercial banks.On the basis of mastering first-hand materials,this paper focuses on the problems and bottlenecks encountered in the transformation of the bank branch.From the aspects of design,technology,services,marketing,and employee,it puts forward some suggestions on the transformation of the bank branch of China's commercial banks with some case.The research significance of this paper is mainly relected in that,on the one hand,through the analysis and research on the actual transformation work,it is conducive to enriching and developing the theoretical system for the establishment of the bank branch of China's commercial bank for China's national conditions;On the other hand,through the research of the transformation process and experience of the bank branch,it has certain practical significance that provides reference for banks in the implementation of the transformation of the bank branch,and promotes the development of the bank branch of China's commercial banks even China's banking.The innovation of this paper is mainly releccted in that,on the one hand,the study on the bank branch of China's commercial banks,which is more suitable to the management mode and organization structure of China's commercial banks;on the other hand,on the background of science and technology finance,it puts forward richer and higher requirements on the intelligence bank branch.
