Research On Relationship Between Governance Mechanism, Justice Perception And Alliance Performance Of Supplier Alliance

With the advent of global economy and the increasingly fierce market competition,it is difficult for enterprises to develop relying on their own strength.As a result,the establishment of supplier alliances to share information,capital and other resources has become a new strategic organization.How to obtain the best alliance interaction and the largest alliance performance to enhance market value and competitiveness has become the focus of research in academic and practical fields.According to the relevant literatures,scholars have probed into the influence factors of the alliance performance from different angles,however,they have not explored the influence path and mechanism of the alliance performance from the perspective of supplier alliance governance.This paper,which based on the theory of governance mechanism,fair perception and alliance performance,focuses on the core problem of "the relationship between the governance mechanism,the justice perception and the alliance performance of the supplier alliance",utilizes the depth interview method to carry on the exploratory case analysis,and establishes the concept model construction of the supplier alliance governance mechanism,the justice perception and the alliance performance,as well as validates the relationship in the conceptual model through the questionnaire survey and statistical analysis.The main research contents of the thesis include the following aspects:(1)The related literature combing.By reviewing the relevant literatures of alliance governance mechanism,justice perception and alliance performance,this paper sets out the connotation,dimension and relation of related concepts,which lays a theoretical foundation for subsequent research.(2)Exploratory case studies.This paper selects 4 supplier alliance enterprises and carries on the in-depth interview to the management personnel to understand the present situation of the variable,and probes into the relationship between the variables,which provides the realistic basis for the proposed research hypothesis and the construction of the conceptual model.(3)The construction of conceptual model and the proposed research hypothesis.Based on the literature carding and case study,the concept model is constructed and the hypotheses are presented.(4)Empirical test of conceptual model.Using the statistical analysis software to empirically analysis the conceptual model,thus validating the relationship between governance mechanism,fair perception and alliance performance.Through the theory of carding,case study and empirical analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The relationship between trust and communication dimension has positive impact on the performance of the alliance;The contract control dimension has positive influence on the alliance performance,and the contract coordination dimension has no significant influence on the alliance performance.(2)Distributive justice perception and procedural justice perception have significant positive effects on alliance performance.(3)Distributive justice perception and procedural justice perception both have mediating effects between supplier alliance relationship governance and alliance performance,and between supplier alliance contract governance and alliance performance.The specific mediating effects are as follows:1)The distributive justice perception has some mediating effect between the communication dimension and the alliance performance in the relational governance,there is no intermediary effect between the trust dimension and the alliance performance,and the distributive justice perception has some mediating effect between the contract control dimension and the alliance performance in the contract governance,there is no mediating effect between the contract coordination dimension and the performance of the alliance.2)There is a complete mediating effect between the trust dimension in the relational governance and the performance of the alliance.There is a partial mediating effect between the communication dimension and the alliance performance,and the procedural justice perception has some mediating effect between contract control and alliance performance in contract governance,and there is no mediating effect between contract coordination dimension and alliance performance.The research conclusion provides some theoretical references for the selection of corporate governance mechanism among suppliers alliance and the way to promote the alliance performance.
