Promotion Suggestions And Countermeasures Of HW Corporate Culture Based On Humanistic Perspective

Since HW company inception in 1987,through rapid development,it has grown into the first place in China's top 500 private enterprises,and among the best in the top 500 list of the world.Beyond all doubt,HW's success,thanks to its distinctive and evolving enterprise culture.By the study of HW company enterprise culture deeply and widely for years,its enterprise culture has positive reference significance.However,with the company's growth and expansion,particularly the further opening up of foreign markets,existing HW company culture in time and space under the impact of change,responding to the internal and external environment,raises a series of questions,the existence of these problems and highlights,become an obstacle to the further development of the company,should be reformed.Therefore,based on the idea of HW construction company corporate culture as its theme,through the review of the corporate culture theory studies,the paper provides a theoretical basis for the construction and optimization of corporate culture of HW.At the same time,to understand the corporate culture of HW,Systematically abstract and summarize the development of HW corporate culture.To improve the accuracy and pertinence of the research,the paper adopts the method of empirical analysis,and select some employees of HW company as the research object.By designing targeted topics,questionnaires and interviews some grass-roots workers,understand the cognition and response of grassroots employees to corporate culture.Through the statistical analysis of the questionnaire,find the problem,select some employees to conduct field interviews,understand the reasons for their choice and cognition.At last,through the compilation of statistical data and some staff interviews,mining HW problems in corporate culture,and put forward specific and constructive suggestions.This paper starts with the negative influence of HW company culture,take a more sober and rational perspective,and evaluated objectively HW company culture.While affirming its positive significance,we should think more about its drawbacks and problems,and put forward some suggestions.As a typical representative of China's knowledge-intensive private enterprises,research on HW corporate culture,on the one hand,it is helpful to optimize HW corporate culture,on the other hand,it can also provide useful reference for the construction of other similar enterprise culture.
