Currently,the world economy is still in late recovery period of financial crisis,and recovers sluggishly.The communication industry also has suffered impact under this economic situation.As for domestic communication industry,the strongly investment of 4G communication basic instruction has been finished from 2014 to third quarter 2016.The quantity of base station of China Mobile,China Unicom and China Telecom kept increasing in a more than 15% per year speed during these three years,and A total of 2 million 15 thousand new base stations were completed.So far,China's 4G communication base station construction investment has been basically completed.At present,5G is still in the experimental stage.During this period,new investments almost stop,coupled by suffering impact that comes from foreign enterprises to reduce equipment and service price in to obtain higher market share.High quality products and services level are undoubtedly the necessary and sufficient conditions for China's communications equipment manufacturers to remain industrial leading competitiveness.Firstly,this article introduces the related theories of project quality control by literature research,summarizes the definition and process of project quality management,the definition,contents and corresponding tools and methods of quality control.And then combines with the communication project and its products characteristics,puts forward the concept of the division of 5 stages,and describes the different products quality control contents,tools and methods of 5 stages.Then,analyzes the status and problems of communication project products quality control of company Z,and puts forward the corresponding improvement schemes by using field research method.Finally,taking project J of company Z as an example,putting the improvement scheme into the whole process,at the same time,using the qualitative and quantitative research methods to summary the result of improvement,and through comparative study,the improvement effects are good.Based on the improved scheme has good reliability and practicality,in order to make the schemes can promote the quality of other projects of the company,and then extending and standardizing the research results in the company Z.Based on the entity company,this article studies the theory and improvement scheme,and takes the specific project as an example to carry out the scheme application.It has practical operability,and believes that it has certain reference for other enterprises with the same confusion.To improve the quality of products and services is the only way for Chinese enterprises to maintain competitiveness and internationalization.
