Sales is a key link in the process of pharmaceutical enterprise profit.With the rapid development of domestic medical market,the domestic pharmaceutical companies want to gain a foothold in the competitive tide,we must pay special attention to the sales link,and the implementation of the marketing chain depends on the quality of the sales team,how to improve the efficiency of sales personnel is the pharmaceutical enterprise needs to solve the problem.The scientific performance management can stimulate the sales staffs work enthusiasm and morale,let it with the attitude of ownership striving of sales promotion for the enterprise.On the basis of the basic theory of performance management related to take the form of questionnaire and on-the-spot interviews,sea is Pfizer sales people as object,analyzes the actual situation of the performance management diagnosis.For investigation and analysis found in the performance management goal setting low employee engagement,performance guidance mechanism is not sound,the qualitative assessment of the subjective influence,results using mechanism imperfect,using the method of goal management,key performance indicators,such as method of balanced scorecard performance management methods and related theory,the reasons of the formation of these problems and comprehensive diagnosis,on the basis of summarizing the reasons,formulate a reasonable and effective performance management system,to establish a reasonable structure of the sales team,creating sustainable sales performance,laying the groundwork to complete the company's sales target.Research for the sea is Pfizer sales personnel performance management provides a concrete scheme,improve the company performance management has practical application value,the pharmaceutical companies to build and improve the sales staff performance management system also provides the beneficial reference.
