For enterprises,the creation of value cannot do without also cannot leave the employee work and pay,the employee is the most important resource of enterprise,is the biggest contribution to the enterprise value.How to arouse their working enthusiasm and initiative,to create effective incentive means and modes,to maximize the potential of employees and the ability,enhance the overall value of enterprises,is the problems of today's enterprises for constantly bigger and stronger,upgrading the competitiveness.Through field investigation and in-depth interview,questionnaire survey and so on,from the material and non-material of Fuxin SH company(including spirit,working conditions,job promotion,spiritual psychology),the incentives of the two aspects of material,spirit,position promotion,working conditions and psychological atmosphere is analyzed,found that the company exists imbalance material incentive and spiritual incentive,incentive system is not sound,lack of incentive mechanism,incentive and constraint,the respect such as enterprises lack humanistic care of problems,such as,and considered the backward management concept,the propaganda of the reasons of the lack of incentive insufficient understanding and training.From the different ways of object and the different levels of Fuxin SH staff incentive mode,pay structure,perfecting the evaluation are given incentives,improving training incentive and management career employees incentive countermeasures,from the aspects of organization,company system,democratic system set up security measures.A full range of solving practical problems.
