The agricultural science and technology park is an important platform for reliance on innovation to drive the strategy of rural revitalization and promote the deepening reform of the agricultural supply side structure.The park is based on agglomeration of resource innovation,fostering on new kinetic energy for agriculture and rural development,maximizing its experimentation,demonstration,promotion,diffusion,and cultivating new farmers' function in agricultural science and technology innovation achievements to accelerate the modernization of China's agriculture and rural areas and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas.The 57.5% contribution rate of agricultural science and technology in China indicates that agricultural technology that can produce economic,social,and ecological benefits has a low diffusion efficiency.It means that the technology diffusion effect of agricultural science and technology parks has not been fully realized.Combined with the “Internet Plus” modern agricultural development strategy formulated by the current country,the rural Internet penetration rate in China has reached 31.6%(2015),which is 2.8percentage points higher than the previous year's rapid development of the information age of agricultural information technology.This article attempts to analyze the specific operating methods of the Internet to improve the efficiency of technology diffusion in agricultural science and technology parks.Based on the above background,this paper first analyzes the technology diffusion model of agricultural science and technology parks,and points out that there are problems such as mismatch of technology supply and demand,inconsistent technical guidance between industries,weak market risk resistance,etc.,while the pool communication of the vertical participarts,the inconsistent integration between industries,and the incompleteness of external market information feedback channels are the Internet's advantages in promoting the sharing of technological information in agricultural science and technology parks,the effective connection of various participants in technology diffusion,and breaking through space limitations for technology diffusion.The technology diffusion model of existing agricultural science and technology parks can be optimized,and the problem of inefficient diffusion of technology in agricultural science and technology parks caused by inefficient use of information and low degree of industrial integration can be solved.Through the above analysis,the following conclusions are drawn: First,the vertical information communication between the technology diffusion subjects of the agricultural science and technology park under the Internet background is more accurate,and the effective connection between technology supply and demand is realized;second,the Internet technology can promote the integration of the agricultural science and technology park industry development,improve the efficiency of technology diffusion;Third,Internet technology can improve the feedback channels of market external information in the process of technology diffusion in agricultural science and technology parks,and improve the market risk-resistance capabilities of technologies and products.Finally,it is supplemented by case validation and proposes feasibility suggestions.
