Modern agricultural science and technology park is a kind of new economic industry in the development of agriculture in China in recent years, it uses modern technology to transform traditional agriculture, and strengthening the agricultural science and technology demonstration by macro policy guidance, to realize the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. Its purpose is the transformation and application of agricultural science and technology achievements, play the diffusion of agricultural science and technology innovation and promotion effect. Therefore, it is important to study the diffusion of innovation on the development of agricultural science and technology park.In this paper, the use of agricultural economics, regional economics, financial economics theory, by using the method of combining theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, taking Jiangsu Academy of agricultural science and Technology Park as an example, through the analysis of objective inevitability, park development status of Park produced, from eight aspects analyzed the effect on the diffusion of innovation development agricultural science and technology park are, reveals six problems existing in the construction and development of the park in the park development, put forward seven countermeasures and suggestions, in order to explore modern agricultural science and Technology Park in the future development of ideas.Through the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, comparative analysis and case analysis method, optimizing the evaluation index system of evaluation of agricultural science and Technology Park, which provides the reference for the future research and development project to guide agricultural technology demonstration park.This paper proposed the establishment of the system of Agricultural Products Traceability Technology in the park, the realization of agricultural standardization management, solve the problem of agricultural products of the consumers trust, as a new idea of scientific management, can promote the application of park of agricultural products, is the innovation of this paper, in order to provide some guidance and to study the role of Park development.
