In recent years,with the rapid development of the economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,fresh products have a great market demand.Due to the difference between fresh food and ordinary goods in nature,it has high requirements for transport conditions and timeliness.Urban distribution is the end of the cold chain logistics,occupying 80% of the whole logistics.Therefore,how to optimize the urban distribution network is very important to improve the efficiency of the cold chain logistics distribution and reduce the cost.At present,most of the enterprises use single distribution center to provide distribution services,which is suitable for small and medium-sized cities and low volume of business.However,with the growing market demand,most of the enterprise of the city distribution tends to more orders,business scale,customer demand diversification characteristics,this mode is easy to cause the problem of vehicle scheduling imbalance,delay delivery time,cannot guarantee the quality of fresh agricultural products and customer demand for time.Therefore,this paper proposes a logistics distribution mode of multiple distribution centers for agricultural products,and optimizes the path of urban multi distribution centers,effectively solving the problems of traditional urban distribution.This paper first introduces the research status of fresh distribution at home and abroad,and then elaborates the related theories of cold chain logistics,urban distribution and distribution optimization.This paper analyzes the traditional distribution network,and puts forward a supply chain network with multiple distribution centers for agricultural products.This distribution mode is more suitable for the current agricultural products business enterprises,which greatly improves the distribution efficiency and reduces logistics cost.This paper analyzes the composition of fresh cold chain logistics cost,including fixed cost,transportation cost,loss cost and penalty cost,establishes the optimization model of urban multi distribution center under the constraint of time window,and proposes an improved genetic algorithm for solving mathematical model.Finally,through the empirical study to testify the rationality and feasibility of the model and algorithm.The comparison experiments of several algorithms prove that the proposed algorithm has a strong global search ability.Finally,the paper also puts forward the improvement measures.
