Agriculture is the lifeblood of the country.Whether food can be effectively transported and stored is directly related to the country's agricultural issues.With the improvement of our country's development level and the rising awareness of national consumption,people's demands for food quality are also getting higher and higher.Cold chain logistics is also increasingly valued by the state and the public.At present,the state has introduced a number of policies to encourage,s upport and guide the development of cold-chain logistics.With the rapid development of the fresh food industry and the logistics industry,the cold chain distribution center has become the main transportation hub of China's fresh products.Its operating e fficiency has a direct impact on the sales of agricultural and fresh products from China to the end of consumers.However,at present,China's cold-chain logistics industry is still in the initial stage of development.Major cold-chain logistics companies have just begun to expand the cold-chain distribution business;some distribution centers are just beginning to transform.The idea of running a distribution center will be different.This will also lead to higher operating costs.Due to the high investme nt costs and operating costs required for cold chain equipment,one of the most effective ways to optimize the efficiency of cold chain distribution centers under existing conditions is to use discrete event software simulation.Based on some basic theories of cold-chain logistics distribution center and the requirements for fresh food transportation,this paper links visual simulation software(Flexsim)to optimize the process of cold-chain logistics distribution center.Other researches on cold-chain logistics distribution centers mostly focus on the analysis of the location of cold-chain logistics distribution centers,build a path optimization matrix model,and optimize the location selection algorithm.Only a small amount of research has been conducted on the internal workflow of cold-chain logistics distribution centers to build a simulation model.However,the optimization direction is not specific enough,and the construction of the workflow module is still not comprehensive enough.When optimizing the model,the efficiency of the job flow is usually used as the optimization index.This article takes the HL cold chain logistics distribution center as an example,according to the actual work flow and operational data of the HL distribution center,carries out a model simulation of the existing receipt and delivery,picking,and warehouse entry and exit conditions.And us ing Flexsim software to analyze the simulation results,and then get the optimal solution.In the optimization of the model,targeted optimization objectives are proposed,that is,to reduce the frequency of refrigerated cargo entering and leaving the refrigerated warehouse;to reduce the vacancy rate of employees;to reduce the working pressure of busy employees;to increase the cold by optimizing the operation procedures and mobilizing personnel to operate.The ability of chain logistics distribution centers to process orders.This optimization goal is in line with the actual expectations of most cold-chain logistics distribution center managers.
