Study On Rural Land Transfer Disputes Based On Farmers' Expectations And Actual Differences

This paper discusses the influence of farmers' expectations and the reality of differences of agricultural land circulation disputes,and farmers will be subdivided into farmland and farmland transfer farmers into the households of two,to explore the differences.To reduce the circulation of rural land disputes,improve the efficiency of land circulation,guarantee the stability of the rural society,has important significance to promote rural economic development and guarantee the quality of agricultural products safety.First,according to the relevant factors in the transaction process,the variables of the expectation and the actual difference of the transferring farmers are set as the circulation object,the circulation mode,the circulation contract form.This paper analyzes the six variables of circulation period,rent and use change,sets the variables of the difference between the expectation and the reality of the farmers as the circulation object,the form of the circulation contract,the period of circulation,The four variables of rent are described and analyzed.Finally,by constructing a binary logistic model for empirical analysis,the following conclusions are obtained:First,rural land transfer out of the circulation of the object,transfer period,rent three aspects of expectations and the reality of the greater difference,most difficult to reach the expected value;flow mode,transfer contract form and expectations are not much different.Second,Agricultural land transfer to farmers for the object of circulation,transfer contract form,circulation period three aspects of expectations and reality,most of the expectations;and the reality of rent is similar to expectations.Third,The expectation and reality difference of farmland transfer out of farmer households,the expectation and reality difference of circulation mode,the expectation and reality difference of transfer contract form,the expectation and reality difference of circulation period,the difference of rent The difference between expectation and reality has a significant influence on the poor students in the farmland transfer dispute,and for the peasant households,the difference between the expectation of the circulation object and the reality,the expectation of the form of the transfer contract and the difference between the reality and the form of the transfer contract.The difference between the expectation and the reality of rent has a significant influence on the poor students in the farmland transfer dispute.
