Study On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Agricultural Subsidies In Taishun County Of Zhejiang Province

Since the revocation of the agricultural tax system in our country and the implementation of the agricultural subsidy policy,the agricultural industry in our country has developed rapidly and the agricultural subsidy policy has gradually evolved into a national means and tools to stabilize grain production and increase farmers' income,and play a major role in promoting long-term sustainable development of agriculture.In 2015,the state began to adjust the "three subsidies for agriculture",In 2016,the state began to implement the full support of agricultural subsidies(also known as subsidies for cultivated land conservation),the adjustment of agricultural subsidies allow more farmers to benefit,subsidy funds are also increasing,the subsidy object is also more targeted than before.However,with the increase of the number of agricultural subsidy funds,the expansion of the scope and variety of agricultural subsidies in recent years,there are many shortcomings in the implementation of the subsidy policy need to be improved.Mainly in the following three aspects:First,the intensity of subsidies and other industries than the pace of development is far from enough,not enough to change the grain farmers of agricultural production weakness;Second,the implementation of the subsidy policy is not obvious,producing benefits need to be improved;Third,the implementation of the subsidy policy environment need to be improved,fair policy should play a major role in the most effective guarantee.This paper mainly analyzes the agricultural subsidy situation of Xiaocun Village in Taishun County,and sees the shortcomings of agricultural subsidy in the process of implementation.It aims to put forward the countermeasures to improve the effect of the agricultural subsidy and improve the grain enthusiasm of farmers in Xiaocun village to promote the sustainable development of agriculture.This paper first uses the literature analysis method to collect and compile the literature related to the agricultural subsidy at home and abroad,and makes a brief review.And then introducethe necessity and importance of the implementation of agricultural subsidies policy,combined with the practical experience of some developed countries,to analyze problems in the process of taking the implementation of the agricultural subsidy in Xiao Village of Taishun County,Zhejiang Province;Finally,relying on the theoretical basis,analyze the impact of agricultural subsidies adjustment with the social development on the farmers and putforward the countermeasures to improve the effect of agricultural subsidyin Xiao Village of Taishun County.
