As an advanced inventory management system,in the cross-docking mode,the goods go directly from the receiving process to the shipping process and do not stay in the warehouse,thereby reducing the storage cost,reducing the storage occupation,and achieving the goal of reducing the inventory cost of the goods.The “zero inventory” is the ultimate goal of the cross-docking model,and the active participation of companies at each node of the supply chain has positive implications for improving the performance and efficiency of the entire supply chain.Through the implementation of the cross-docking model,it will help improve the company's response to customer needs,reduce storage costs,improve warehouse utilization and circulation of goods,and benefit all parties involved in the supply chain.As an NP-hard problem,the problem of vehicle scheduling has always been a difficult problem in the practical application of the cross-docking model,and it is also the key to affecting the efficiency of cross-docking.Through the combination with the computer field,using various algorithms to solve this type of problem has become a major solution.At present,scholars at home and abroad mostly use genetic algorithms,simulated annealing algorithms,ant colony algorithms and other conventional algorithms to solve the model.However,with the integration of the logistics industry and the computer field,more and more novel intelligent algorithms are being applied to the logistics field,such as firefly algorithms,cultural algorithms,and harmony search algorithms.Based on the related theories of cross-docking and vehicle sequencing,this paper analyzes the current status of vehicles in the distribution center under the cross-currency model based on a variety of realistic backgrounds.In this way,a mixed-integer programming model is established to select forty-four supermarkets in a community supermarket distribution center.The group order was calculated as a case,and then the cultural harmony search algorithm and the harmony search algorithm were respectively used to solve the mathematical model.Finally,through comparative analysis,it was found that before and after the optimization of the sorting center,its operation time,transportation costs,and operational efficiency were all Improvements have been made.At the same time,the analysis of the algorithm's search time,optimization performance of the algorithm,optimization accuracy of the algorithm,and total completion time have been used to verify that the culture-acoustic search algorithm solves the problem of vehicle sequencing in cross-docking mode.Compared with the superiority of the harmony search algorithm,it also proves the applicability of the culture and acoustic search algorithm in the field of vehicle scheduling in the cross-docking mode,which is conducive to popularizing the practice of cross-database model in Chinese enterprises.
