Research On Financial Risk Assessment Of Hutchison Whampoa Properties Limited

Since the beginning of the 20 th century,China's economy has developed rapidly and the real estate industry has entered a golden period of development.However,following the sudden global financial crisis in 2008,China's real estate industry has suffered heavy waterloo.Therefore,this article uses Hutchison Whampoa as a case to evaluate the financial risk management problems facing the real estate companies at the current stage and propose targeted risk response proposals.It is hoped that this real estate company can provide early warning management under the current macro environment.Little inspiration.This article elaborated the relevant theory of real estate company's financial risk,and then through the analysis of the financial status and internal and external environment of Hutchison Whampoa Properties,initially identified its financial risks,and introduced non-financial categories based on assessment of financial indicators.The index constitutes the Hutchison Whampoa real estate company's financial risk assessment index system,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each indicator.Finally,the financial risk assessment of Hutchison Whampoa real estate company in 2016 was assessed using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The results show that Hutchison Whampoa Property is currently at light risk.Finally,according to the results shown in the risk of targeted response measures.It is suggested that Hutchison Whampoa Real Estate Co.,Ltd.finds the right positioning,expands financing channels for financing,enhances sales levels,continuously improves the enterprise risk management system in accordance with environmental changes,establishes a personalized corporate culture,conforms to changes,and moderates diversified development.
