Performance management is a very important module in the six modules of human resource management.Whether the performance management system built is reasonable and whether the implementation is in place,it affects the improvement of the personal performance,team performance and enterprise performance,and determines whether the strategic goals of enterprises can be achieved.F heating company is a heating enterprise with,regional monopoly property.The original performance management system is not systematic and imperfect.Nowadays,the influence of a lot of external policy environment and the need of the enterprise to promote the development of the enterprise have put forward higher and more professional requirements for the performance management of F heating company.Under this background,this paper studies the performance management of F heating company,and formulates the train of thought,principles and specific contents of optimization design,so as to achieve the purpose of improving employee's personal performance and enterprise performance.The core content of this article consists of 2 parts:The first part is the analysis of performance management status of F heating company through interview,questionnaire and statistical analysis;it points out the problems and the causes of these problems,and provides a practical reference for the optimization design of performance management of F heating company.The second part is the performance management of F heating company is optimized;the process of performance management system optimization is elaborated from 5 aspects:the formulation of performance plan,performance guidance and communication,performance evaluation,application of performance results,and promotion of performance goals;it uses the importance ranking method,the weight factor method and so on;it standardizes and combing the whole process of performance management;it identifies the performance evaluation methods for implementing key performance indicators.The article contains four main conclusions:The first is that performance management is a dynamic and continuous process that must be carried out and optimized in a whole process and without interruption.The second is that the implementation of performance management must be carried out by all members of the enterprise and assessment of the whole staff.The third is that the implementation of performance management must be supported by a scientific,reasonable and systematic performance management system.The fourth is the design of performance evaluation indicators;it must be connected with the theory of practice,and take the strategic objectives of enterprises as the guidance,and take the current situation of business management as the basis,and use scientific analysis methods as tools to derive and design.
