As a typical representative of the sharing economy,the Online Car-hailing has become a promising industry for diversified transportation and has shown a vigorous development trend.Its appearance has improved the level of social transport capacity and enriched people's ways to travel.Since its birth,it has received widespread attention from the public and quickly captured people's hearts with its low price and convenient services.The prosperity of the market has attracted a large number of drivers.On the one hand,it makes the full use of the idle resources,at the same time,it's also an effective complement of urban transport capacity.On the other hand,as a loose human resource,the population base is too large and the work has a great latitude which bring certain challenges to the traditional relationship between laborers and capitalists.Part-time drivers are more special in recruitment,training,performance,labor relations and many other aspects of management,forming a new set of human resources management(HRM).This has brought a lot of difficulties of HRM in the online Car-hailing platforms and exposed more potential risks.If the online car-hailing platforms lack a sense of risk management and cannot correctly analyze and evaluate the risks they face,it will be hard to prevent and resist the risks and eventually get eliminated from the fierce market competition.What's more,being bad to the normative development of industry and social stability.Therefore,how to effectively assess the risks of HRM in Car-hailing platforms and improve the level of dealing with risks is the issue studied in this paper.This article focused on the drivers who can best represent sharing economy connotation and the platform's HRM characteristics.Firstly,three characteristics of its HRM has been introduced:the platform owns special management object,like a large number of drivers and a multipleconstitute;and then,a complex management relationship which is reflected in the labor relations between the platform and drivers;last,a flexible management which is reflected in four aspects:selecting,employing,educating and retaining.After that,the flowchart analysis method was used to identify the company's HRM risk.Considering from the recruitment,training,performance and labor relations,the article identified 16 species HRM risk.Besides,a risk assessment index system for HRM of Car-hailing platform is constructed,the risk weights are determined by AHP,and risk assessment is performed by using the risk matrix method.Then a sample of Didi Chuxing has been conducted.It is concluded that the results are linked with actual conditions,and the method is proved to be feasible.Fifthly,in response to the widespread risks of Platforms,it is necessary to put forward a reasonable human resources plan,improve the selection and recruitment mechanism for platform drivers,increase training audience,enrich training content,innovate training methods,implement training evaluation,and optimize performance evaluation.To design a salary structure,strengthen drivers complaint channels,improve the mechanism of anti-cheating,strengthen labor relations,properly handle contradictions and conflicts,pay attention to part-time drivers,and improve the platform exit mechanism's countermeasures.Through research,the article draws following conlusions:First,Car-hailing comes up with social development,it is an innovative combination of sharing economy and mobile transportation,and has bright prospects.Secondly,the HRM of Car-hailing platform can provide new ideas for the other platforms to innovate HRM models.Third,the HRM of the Car-hailing platforms has been facing great challenges and risks.Strengthening the awareness of risks and improving the level of risk management are the important tasks of the platform.Fourthly,the development of car-hailing platforms require an effective supervision of the government.Government should streamline administration and institute decentralization,meanwhile,act boldly so that risks could be truly reduced and finally promote the healthy and orderly development.
