Through developing continuously with the marketization process of China's economy,the Sinopec Pipeline Storage & Transportation co.,LTD have grown into present enterprises.In the developing process,the companies have not only created huge material wealth but also valuable spiritual wealth for our country,having formed the corporate culture with industrial characteristics.However,with the gradual deepening of corporate reforms,whether the existing cultural system of the pipeline company is in line with the current social environment,whether it can be accepted by the old and new employees,and provide a impetus for the company's development? Therefore,pipeline companies need to use scientific and effective methods to make detailed and definitive evaluations on their corporate culture,and use this as a basis to strengthen their dominant culture and discard the part that hinders the development of the enterprise.The measurement scale is used to evaluate the corporate culture.Different from qualitative evaluation,quantitative research means that,on the basis of the study of corporate culture theory,putting forward the models used to measure,diagnose and evaluate the corporate culture,and then developing a series of scales to conduct operational and quantitative deep study on the enterprise culture,which makes the enterprise comparable with other enterprises through quantitative data.In this paper,with the corporate culture of pipeline companies being taken as the research object,relevant literature are firstly sorted out,summed up and analyzed,and through the two angles of domestic and foreign corporate culture measurement theory research `and corporate culture characteristics analysis of pipeline companies,the corporate culture measurement model of pipeline companies are theoretically designed and verified,a multi-dimensional pipeline company corporate culture measurement scale and model are designed,providing a reliable reference frame for the following optimization of the corporate culture system of the pipeline company.Finally,the designed scale and model are applied to the pipeline company for practical research.Through the evaluating conclusions obtained from the analysis,the improving measures are proposed for the company's corporate culture construction.
