Study On Land Ecological Zoning And Land Remediation Strategy In Hubei Province

Speeding up the reform of ecological civilization system is an important task of our country in the new era.Ecological protection of land is helpful to coordinate the contradiction between economy and ecology,realize sustainable development,and become an important topic of ecological protection in China in the new era.For a long time,the land remediation activities which pay too much attention to the increase of cultivated land area have been exerting pressure on the landscape pattern and ecological environment,such as the destruction of landscape pattern,the decline of vegetation cover degree,the land degradation and so on.Therefore,the construction of ecological civilization should be used to guide the land renovation and promote the harmony and unity of land regulation,ecological environment and ecological landscape.Land ecological zoning is the basis of ecological land remediation planning and design.The scientific results of land ecological zoning guide the investment and layout of land remediation projects,explore a new model of land landscape ecological remediation,and further increase the intensity of land ecological protection,and construct the community of human and natural life.On the basis of studying and summing up the related studies on land remediation,landscape ecology and land ecological renovation at home and abroad,this paper determines a complete research system of land ecological zoning and its remediation strategy,and the division of land ecological zoning was carried out in Hubei Province.Firstly,the paper clarifies the important connotations of land ecological zoning and ecological land remediation,and expounds the basic theory of land ecological zoning.Secondly,the paper summarizes and analyzes the present situation of Hubei province and the implementation of land remediation planning,summarizes the achievements of ecological civilization construction and ecological problems in land remediation in Hubei province.Under the guidance of landscape ecology theory,this paper puts forward the guiding ideology of land ecological zone in Hubei province,constructs the index system of land zone,and selects the SOM neural network classification method to calculate the area.Thirdly,the final assessment of the land ecological zoning scheme of Hubei Province was conducted after appropriate adjustments to the measurement results,and priority renovation counties are determined by the value of ecosystem services per unit area.The scheme divided 103 counties(cities,districts)in Hubei Province into 5 ecological type area,namely I-land degradation control zone,II-ecological security zone,III-vegetation cover improvement zone,IV-urban natural landscape restoration zone,V-landscape diversity protection zone.Finally,combined with the regional landscape and ecological characteristics,this paperdetermines the focus of ecotypic land regulation in different zones,and put forward strategies to promote the ecological management of degraded land,strengthen the protection of ecological security barrier,and implement the restoration of damaged forest vegetation,pay attention to the optimization of urban land use pattern and carry out the construction of land remediation landscape,and provide reference for ecological land remediation planning in Hubei Province.
