An Emprical Study On The Impact Of Supply Chain Integration On Firm Performance

The pace of economic globalization has never stopped.At the same time,with the continuous informations collision in various countries,promoting the progress of information technology,.The rapid development process has promoted the emergence of new management ideas,and the idea of supply chain management has followed suit.The new management model meet current business management needs,and at the same time,the way of market competition has changed.The struggle between supply chain and supply chain has become the main theme of contemporary competition.In this competitive environment,some of the advanced ideas of supply chain management are focused on by companies and applied to the optimization of daily business management activities.The integration of supply chain as the soul of supply chain management is an effective way to improve the competitiveness of enterprises and then enhance their performance.This new management concept has attracted widespread attention,and scholars at home and abroad have resonated with it.The research of supply chain management started late in our country.Currently,most of the studies on the supply chain integration in China's manufacturing industry still remain in the primary stage of theoretical exploration.The content of research is not concentrated.This paper attempts to explore the impact of supply chain integration on performance based on existing relevant theories and enrich empirical research.Based on the study of related theories and the latest domestic and foreign research status of this issue,this paper constructs models and puts forward research hypotheses.Based on the research needs,the structural equations are used to carry out model hypothesis verification to obtain the research results.The research shows that internal integration is the basis,and internal integration promotes supplier integration and customer integration;internal integration has a positive impact on corporate financial performance,and there is no positive impact on operational performance;supplier integration is positively promoting operational performance.There is no positive impact on financial performance;customer integration has a positive effect on corporate financial performance and operating performance.
