In the form of information globalization and economic globalization, E-commerce as a new type of trade spreads quickly to all areas of international business with its strong competitive advantage and vitality.E-commerce is based on the computer applications to change the look of traditional stock trading and cash transactions in a virtual marketplace by using the Internet and advanced communications equipment and information technology improved logistics safe and convenient delivery system and fund settlement system for a tangible and intangible commodities trading of the new trade. This new way of trading subvert the traditional way of trading, and has achieved electronic, digital and network transactions whether it is domestic trade or international trade, changes the foreign trade transaction process and develop the third-party trading platform by saving the international trade transaction costs, and increases the creation of employment opportunities, which have had a significant impact all aspects of international trade. The e-commerce is to establish a new economic and trade order while the already mature and orderly world trading system has been the emerging e-commerce trade reshuffle. China, as the world’s imports and exports has ranked first in the world trading power. So the following questions should be answered. How to make applications and e-commerce to expand China’s foreign trade and the economy as a whole impact to the positive aspects? How timely solve the current problems with the development of China’s e-commerce in the field? What measures can be taken to make rapid pace to keep up with the world, to achieve the trade power? The subject of this paper is about the reason, direction and purpose.There are five chapters divided into this paper, in order to trade and our coping strategies. Chapter I is explains the topics of the background and significance of the topic, providing cutting angle of this, then reviews the related theory of e-commerce, analyzes the transaction cost, electronic commerce theory of diffusion of innovation and network externality theory, and then discusses the domestic and foreign research status of e-commerce, points out the possible problems.Then explain the overall structure of this article also describes research methods and possible innovation and shortcomings. Chapter Ⅱ analyzes the development of e-commerce and trends. In this part of the paper, the definition of e-commerce, e-commerce start-up and detailed description of the growth process and the current application status in the international arena, then analyzes the development trend of e-commerce in the future. Chapter Ⅲanalyzes the impact of China’s foreign trade e-commerce in detail. Firstly, analyze the impact of e-commerce in the development process and the development status of our country, combining the in view of this situation, the electronic commerce development stages model, proposed by S.Subba Glenn&Carlo in2003, gives three typical middle and small foreign trade enterprise electronic commerce application case, analysis of the impact of electronic commerce brings to the three foreign trade enterprises, and then analyzes the positive influence of electronic Commerce on China’s foreign trade. Finally, study the problems of e-commerce in the development process of China’s foreign trade. Chapter IV of the above analysis for the importance of e-commerce and many factors respectively, from the perspective of the two major aspects of the enterprise itself and the external environment proposed more than a dozen possible countermeasures and suggestions. The finally chapter concluded that e-commerce and foreign trade enterprises to bring opportunities and challenges the Chinese dream.This paper has greater influence on based on studying various literature by using the normative analysis and empirical analysis, the development of nearly ten years of electronic e-commerce at home and abroad to establish data model to analyze and forecast and summarize and the innovation, combining the in view of this situation, the electronic commerce development stages model, proposed by S.Subba Glenn&Carlo in2003, gives three typical middle and small foreign trade enterprise electronic commerce application case, analysis of the impact of electronic commerce brings to the three foreign trade enterprises, and then analyzes the positive influence of electronic Commerce on China’s foreign trade. Finally respectively micro perspective to develop the electronic commerce in China.In this paper, focusing on the impact of the development of e-commerce on China’s foreign trade, made some slight innovative strategies and views, in the hope of how to develop e-commerce and Internet business.
